Apartment is in a new residential building. Safe, clean, convenient. Lift to underground garage. Downstairs is Lidl. It is situated in small square with lots of small restaurants (Asian, pizzeria, hamburger), coffee shops. Nearby is also shopping mall with bakery, food court, lots of shops. Good connection by bus or metro to city centre in 15 min. Walking distanece to centre 40min. Apartment has everything what might be needed, including hair drier, iron, ironing board. Also small balcony.

Towels could be softer. Sofa cover for sleeping was only mattress cover, not real bed sheet.

During my recent trip to Budapest, I had a pleasant staying at the Corvine Residence apartment. The apartment itself was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, as it was not so far from Nepliget. But too far from main city attractions. You need to use public transport to reach everything. The apartment was within walking distance to various shops (Corvin mall in 30 second walk distance 😊), restaurants, and public transportation options. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals if desired. The bathroom was clean. The staff at Corvine Residence were friendly. Overall, despite the noise from the street, I had a pleasant staying at Corvine Residence. The convenient location and comfortable amenities made it a suitable choice for my visit to Budapest.

However, one downside was the noisy street outside the apartment. My room was on the active side of the street. The noise of music and loud laughs could be heard throughout the late night which could be a bit bothersome, especially for light sleepers. But this is a side effect of big cities 😊

Quite well adjusted apartment. Fair price for provided acommodation, great location (underground and bus stop just 4 minutes walk away, supermarket and decent restaurant right under the window etc.). Apartment has bathtub and not just shower, so for those who prefer to take a bath instead of showering, I highly recommend this apartment. Staff was friendly and really helpful. They went all the way to acommodate our needs (late check-in). If we needed anything, presumably owner, was just call away and we got everything sorted out quite quickly and efortlessly. Overall, great accomodation, will definetly return!

AC wasn't working properly, although it didn't matter that much, given the fact the room had comfortable temperature all day around

The apartment itself was great, nice rooms and everything was clean. We had a view to the inner garden, it was nice and quiet. We had a nice kitchenette and bathroom equipped with all needed. Internet was also good. The location is very good, with a Lidl grocery shop below the building and different kind of restaurants all around. Also the Corvin plaza is a 3 minutes walk with a lot of stores (clothing, and everything else). The Metro station and tram are at a 5-10 minute walk.

The couch is not the comfiest :) but it is not that bad. Parking is not easy in the area and not cheap either, so would recommend the Pávaház parking building, that is at a 10 minutes walk and offers 24/7 safe parking for a good price

Lady at the reception showed us all the important information about apartment (where to park our car, how to use different keys). Location was very good, easy to use public transportations. Apartment was equipt with all the necessities and it was spacious.

Airconditioning wasn't efficient enough for the apartment of that size. It was also positioned in a way that the cool air didn't reach to the bedrooms. It was a bit of scary to use electric divices as the multiple outlets were clearly broken (one was even hanging freely)

Location is very nice. The apartment is located in very good part of city. Close to the center. Nearby there are restaurants, shops, a shopping center, just everything you need. Also, the apartment is oriented so that we are completely isolated from noise.

There is one problem. We have the possibility to use only one key, which can be a problem when it comes to 5 or 6 different people. Although we are friends, we have different habits. We were forced to return home at the same time even though we didn't want to. We have not received an answer to the question of whether we can get another key. We would be willing to leave a deposit if there was an opportunity for secon key.

Great property. Comfortable with a nice garden balcony. Perfect size for a small family and very close to the metro, bus and tram stops. Shopping mall is just a few minutes away and grocery stores are open till 22:00

Some little mould in the bathroom. These could be treated quite easily though. Please include more towels and toilet rolls.

The apartment is based on a newly built residence, in a huge pedestrian area with bars, shops, and lots of greenery. It is only steps away from a metro station and you can easily reach the historical centre on foot, too. It was equipped with everything needed for self-catering. I found it great for travelling with kids.

The apartment is situated in a very cool and beatiful sector - Corvin. Near the building you have all stuff you need, restaurants, pubs, Lidl, mall.

The air conditioner doesnt work, also with the shower cabine were some troubles. Ok the morning, there was also a lot of ants in the kitchen table, even though there was no food on.

Remote control of the TV decoder was not available in the room and we could not watch TV on the evening of our arrival. we realized that when reception was already closed and nibidy available to fix the issue. However, staff kindly offered us another apartment for the second day/night where we would be able to use the TV
