The area where the hotel is located is beautiful, beautifully decorated, modern and new. Next to the hotel, there is a shopping center 2 minutes away, Lidl which is right next to the building, and many other restaurants and shops. The employees at the reception were very pleasant, very open and told us a lot of interesting things that we can visit. The apartment is very nice, clean and modern and has a nice view from the terrace. The kitchen was also very nicely equipped so there was no need to bring anything from home. The breakfast is very nice, there are 3 menus that you can choose every day. The food is very tasty and the employees there are also very nice.

Good location with a shopping centre and supermarket close by. Walking distance to city. 20 mins walk to Danube area of you can catch a cab. Reception staff were nice and helpful on chick-in and check-out.

Look out for the additional charges like air conditioning (getting the remote) per night is 8 euro.

No cleaning! Even after we checked in the room there was some hair. Plus during our 4 night nobody came to clean

Perfect locality. Shops, restaurants, metro... everything was close to us. This part of Budapest was very clean and silent. We also enjoyed small christmas market right there. Beds in apartment was comfy for us. It is really great place to start trips.

Apartment was not so nice like on photos. Just white walls, no colorfull wallpapers. No view to garden, no real balcony, heating in middle room was turned off. And price was a little bit higher like booked on booking.com.

Space in the apartment was plenty, seperate bathroom and toilet facilities were helpful, heating was more than substantial in winter time, so many amenities underneath, opposite and Shopping Centre at the end of the property, property has very good security and is 5min walk from 2 Metro Stations and 15min walk to nearest 100E Stop

Bedding smelt like it had been recently used and not been cleaned or changed - there were no after issues but it was not ideal Section A of the block has a 24hr shop and Casino underneath that can be noisy if you had a room overlooking the promenade and were needing an early night

The apartment is located in a very nice neighbourhood. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The city centre is not far, but the metro was closed for maintenance so we had to walk or use a tram. The apartment is rather spacious for two; there is a bedroom, a living room combined with kitchen and a balcony. There were almost all supplies you might need including refrigerator, washing machine, cooking panel and etc. The taxi service provided by the hotel was really good. The breakfast was lovely even though there isn't a variety of choice you can have a proper meal with eggs, fresh orange juice and coffee.

The apartment was not perfectly clean, especialy the kitchen zone. The surprise was that there was no coffee maker in the apartment. The staff could have been a bit friendlier and there should be at least cleaning service once a week or a sweep broom so you can clean yourself.

The apartment was large and very comfortable. It had everything you might need on your trip. The bed was comfortable, there was a lot of space in closets and the bathtub instead of the standing shower was a plus. The option to leave a luggage on reception before check on and after check out was SO HELPFUL, we had much more time for enjoying the Budapest before our ride back home.

I would like it if the cleaning and towel change was more often, but there are clear rules and we knew it before we booked so it's not a minus.

Perfect for young tourists wanting to stay closer to the center. Both receptionists we met were incredibly kind, respectful, welcoming and friendly. Lots and lots of food and drink options within 10-50 meters. The bed was kind of hard and firm, which is how I like it, really happy about it. The room is very bright, lots of windows. I was happy about having a whole bath and our own kitchen with all necessities. The breakfast just across the main building was a great start to the day, you can choose from 3 different menus (sweet, savory, or egg-based).

The street is SO loud until like 1 a.m. We wanted to sleep by an open window but it is impossible. Of course this is not the problem of the hotel, it is just how the lively surroundings are. Despite very clear instructions, we still couldn't find our apartment right away, and the locking+unlocking of the door is a bit funky. One of the electric plugs was melted off, looks hazardous but there were plenty others we could use. I am not completely happy with the value for money ratio but you need to pay for such a great, central location.

- the staff was very nice and helpful - the location was very good - in an area with new buildings, with stores and restaurants around - the 1 bedroom apartment was very cosy - the kitchen has the minimal necessities if needed - it has a washing machine - you could pack lightly if you plan on using it - we felt just like home 😁

Even though the main areas were cleaned & disinfectant (sinks, toilet, bathtub) the cleaning could be made thoroughly (dirty windows, dusty room corners, dirty curtains & some stains on the walls)
