This ground floor studio apartment was a welcome retreat from the bustle of Budapest. It was very quiet, secluded from the main street and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Being near the museum and bookshops, it felt like we were in a nice part of Budapest, but easy getting trams and buses as it was only a short walk to the main street. The Jewish quarter and all the ruin bars were also very close by and interesting. The instructions getting to the reception were clear and easy to follow. The apartment itself was a short walk from the reception, but this meant it was in a better, quieter location.

The only complication was that this property only takes cash, not card. It wasn't a problem as there was an ATM nearby, but I was a little anxious not having the cash on me when we arrived. Staff were very helpful though, friendly and quite patient.

The staff was excellent, very attentive and bright, with fluency in English. The place was spacious, clean, with a great view, quiet and very well maintained. Thank you.

The location was good being close to the Metro station and the major sites in the city center. The room was comfortable enough and there was plenty of hot water for the shower.

I cannot remember the last hotel I stayed in that did not offer breakfast. Not a problem for me as I usually don't eat breakfast, but it is nice to have an option for coffee. I get it because the hotel only has 7 guest rooms according to a desk clerk when I asked him the question. The corridors leading to the door of the lobby are dark & dingy and some guests may not feel safe in these conditions, but all was fine for me with my visit.

The hotel can be hard to find as it is not well signed, and when we arrived we found out that our apartment was located in a different area. The apartment was mostly comfortable apart from the very thin pillows, and the shower over the spa bath sprayed a LOT of water all over the floor. There was not an iron and because we were not near the hotel reception we could not easily access things to make our stay more comfortable. Having said that, the staff were exceptional at check in and the location was 10/10.

The day we were checking out we could not find anyone to help us, and then we learned that they were closed for the day without telling us. So we just had to drop our keys in their letterbox and hope they didn’t charge us.

The hotel is located centrally with easy access to tourist attractions. There are Metros, restaurants, cafes, fast food places, supermarkets and shops very close by. The room was very clean, spacious and bright with plenty of sun coming through even on grey winter days. There are coffee and tea making facilities and a fridge in the room. the hotel also gave us free coffee pods and bottled water, which was great There is a free WiFi in the hotel. The staff members Lucas, Jose and Vini were very friendly and helpful. Lucas went out of the way to find us information that helped us with the sightseeing and to find our way around. Thanks a lot Lucas, Jose and Vini, you were great.

The room was very hot and it was difficult to leave the windows open at night because of the noise from the street. Once the windows were closed the room is quiet and no noise can be heard. We talked to the staff on the second day, who turned down the heating for our room and we did not have to open the windows at night.

We were greeted by an exceptionally friendly member of staff. Could not have made us feel more welcome. We had a fabulous head on view of the museum- excellent! There was a kettle, coffee maker and fridge in the room. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and plus corner shops and a Tesco where we bought stuff for our breakfast, milk for tea/coffee etc. Another plus, the airport shuttle bus drop off was opposite. Beds comfy, shower room basic but good water pressure. Excellent base for touring the city.

It was a huge room so maybe an extra bedside cabinet, prep space over the fridge.?

The room was massive and so was the bed. It also came with free bottled water, tea, coffee and beer. The staff were wonderful to deal with. The location was also very good, close to the main Metro lines.

The very nice smart TV would not connect to the Wi-Fi which made it completely unusable, the normal channels did not work either. The staff did try their best to get it working though. Having to pay in cash was a little bit annoying. The air conditioning could not be set lower than 23°C which is a little too warm for me.

The lovely friendly staff. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Special mention to the new staff. He (sorry didn't get his name) helped us to get accommodation extended to another room when we thought it wasn't possible after being told previously we couldn't stay on due to the hotel being fully.booked. The cleanliness of the room was first class with extras provided. Location superb.

The lift was a very old one and small but it worked. I chose to use the stairs which took some doing but managed it. The lift was noisy when being used.

To start with, the amazing service provided by Quanh and the rest of the team was exceptional. Quanh made us feel extremely welcomed and was always eager to assist and went above and beyond to help. The Room itself was spectacular and for the price there is not to much to complain about! overall I would recommend this accomodation to anyone looking to stay in Budapest!

If anything the lift looks very dodgy but if that’s a problem there’s always stairs! Honestly not to much to dislike with this accomodation
