I loved this guesthouse a little peace of tranquility in the centre of Chennai equal distance to all amenities. I will definitely return. The food was amazing and the staff could not do enough for you. The room was spotless clean and tidy, and I felt safe and very comfortable. What I liked the most is that there is no rush with anything checking and checking out. Whatever you do listen to their advise as it could save you time and money❤️

Nothing to do with the guesthouse, only situations outside there control but they did warn me and I listened and learned a lot about how to get around and what to look out for.

Location, the quiet locality, the courteous staff and nearness to the business areas

They can do better with inroom decor. Do a little. More on the quality of the beds. So in all I'd just say that with a little more appointment inside the rooms the place would be as good as any other premier facilities in the area. Am obviously comparing with Savera which charges the same amount of money.

The rooms, as well as the property, are clean and well maintained. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. The location, in the centre of Chennai, is perfect, close to the things we used to do while living in Chennai.

Delicious each of the food items. Plus staff at hand offering more. Homely atmosphere, service.

One or two mosquito bothered me. Taken care of later. I prefer early coffee to Jumpstart. Not available till 0730 am. Shower cubicle manageable, but prefer more room.

location is good. breakfast is very good for Indians. very few spread for Foreign travellers like Eggs, Breads, etc. I doubt if they will like it. coffee lovers will enjoy the filter coffee.

no ventilation inside the rooms (windows can’t be opened I was told). water heater wasn’t functional but that’s fine for Chennai summer.

Centrally located in a posh quiet area. Food was good . Friendly staff .

Room was so- so , nothing great . Bath room is not at all senior citizens friendly - slippery floor , no hand bars. Linen and towels had seen better days .

With clean rooms and courteous staff and good breakfast we enjoyed our stay ... Mr Praveen tries his level best to arrange a cake...

Running water in bathroom did not have the facility of cold water....whenever we switched on geyser there was no hot water....hence could not use SHOWER....😔🥺☹️

Elegant bunglow , spacious and comfortable rooms with all facilities. Breakfast was delicious. Staff is very friendly

The only problem is getting an auto/cab at this location. Chennai drivers do not stick to Uber/ola bookings as they feel the money paid is less. And you have to walk considerable distance to catch an auto on your own.

The hotel is in a very nice neighbourhood, the room was very clean, the staff was friendly, the dinner and breakfast were very tasty. We could use the room long before the time of checking in, which was very nice because we traveled a lot.

The quality of food was good. It was neither too spicy/oily nor bland. There was a sufficient amount of variety in the menu. As far as ambience is concerned, it is in a very peaceful and posh locality. Well connected to other parts of the city. The overall hygine standards was satisfactory. Room service was excellent.
