Property is very neat and clean. Staff is very Co operative. Room size is comfortable and bathroom size is very large. I will recommended this hotel for everyone. very comfortable stay. Swimming pool, restaurant and club make ideal property to stay. Location is very nice, All Matheran tourist points start from front of the hotel.

Wifi coverage is not there in room....very strange, although Wifi coverage outside or common area is very good.

Everything is great. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, as well as the surrounding area and atmosphere. DJ Man was awesome; he played fantastic songs that got everyone in the mood to dance.

Wi-Fi should be connected to the room as well, as there are a lot of network connectivity issues. Pool side should have loud sounds, so that people can enjoy it

The property is covered in nature. Peaceful vibes.

Check in was a little bit slow. We got the room key at 12.30 pm and the check in time was 12 pm. And the check out call was on time. Kindly improve in this. There is no first come first go if you pay high you will get a room faster. We waited 40 min for the room keys. Improve with this service.

Very good place and totally value for money. Good food (Especially tea). Nice, calm and comfortable room

No wifi in the room. It was available only outside of the room in specific locations of the hotel. TV was also losing connection, so if you are in the room, you just stay there and do nothing.

The place was neat and clean. The whole staff was very co-operative and helpful The food served was also good

Amenities mainly swimming pool and club house area. It looked like Swimming pool had a lot of chlorine and also wasnt clean Pool table, table tennis table, carrom board - All of these was not maintained at all - This was very disappointing

The location, many swings, decent size swimming pool, good food, attentive and helpful staff, spacious rooms.

The property can do with proper maintenance. The mats on swings and on pool lounge chairs were very dirty and stained. There was no wifi, so working remotely was not possible, especially since mobile network was sketchy.

Location was in the heart of matheran an easy access. The room was ample size, the bed super comfy with luxe linens, the bathroom had nice fixtures, plush towels.Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the lush green Village, the next best part was the fantastic food, superb I must say finger licking good.We had breakfasts and dinner there and the menu for both had a great selection. It was value for money.

I knw because of the COVID situation it is difficult to maintain such a big place but cleaning can be better. The activities section can be made functional so even kids can enjoy this lush green property.

The surroundings, Dinner food options and the taste including morning breakfast was very nice.. Ordered lunch from ala carte menu, even that turned out to be nice..
