Rooms are spacious with a great view (race course view). You can also see the coastal road and the sea from the rooms. Opt for higher floors. The lobby is on 9th floor. The pool, spa and gym on the 10th. Rooms are from 11-27th floor while 28-35 are private apartments. 36-38 are restaurants and banquet halls. Rooftop restaurant open after 5 pm accessible from 38th floor. This hotel is well connected to Palladium mall which is accessible from within the hotel drop off area. Lots of restaurants in this mall and around for other food options. Lavish spread for buffet breakfast and buffet lunch. Food quality is excellent. Staff is courteous.

Amazing property and great staff and facilities. Beautiful and spacious room with ample water bottles in the room. Spacious bathtub with drying wire, beautiful view and modern room. Hotel connected to shopping mall so shopping was perfect with mutiple restaurant options both inside hotel and in mall. Breakfast was one of the best I have had (lots of options!). Great crowd and amazing experience.

Only reason to give it a 9 is that I had booked an ocean view room but I could only see partial ocean view with most of the view of the city and racecourse. This is specifically why I had upgraded the room option for and don't think the view was worth it. I would still stay at the property again though.

The property is in an amazing location, located within a big and luxurious mall in Mumbai, making shopping and dining very convenient and comfortable. The hotel property is kept super clear and the staff is amazing and very courteous. A special mention for Mr. Shailender Yadav - and his F&B team. They went above and beyond for my family during our stay at the hotel and ensured to prepare fresh, on special request foods for my 8 months old infant. Their whole team was simply great and very efficient with everything. Their service level was top notch. Mr. Shailender Yadav is a star and a great asset to have at the hotel and in their team.

Staying at the St. Regis anywhere in the world is almost self-explanatory, as the amenities and layout are epitome of 5-star accommodations. The ambience, decor, and service are top notch, and the staff is always willing to help and go above and beyond. This location is connected to a shopping center, which is good when wanting to find dining or shopping outside of the restaurant, especially when you need to buy an extra piece of luggage for the trip home. Views from top levels are amazing, with sweeping vistas of the City and partial ocean views that were fantastic. Staff was very personable, leaving snacks, notes and replying to requests via our personal butler services. Cars to and from can be scheduled in advance, and will wait for you if requested, which is a convenience that is needed in a bustling metropolis such as Mumbai. Pool deck was serene and comfortable for a swim in any season, with plenty of lounge chairs to catch a nap or read a couple chapters from your favorite book. Restaurants in the hotel were great, especially the rooftop location, which had grand views of the City at night.

There was not much that we did not like about the St. Regis, but there was some slight disorganization with car and luggage service that could have impacted our departure timing if we had not scheduled further in advance. Cars were also advertised as BMWs, but did not always receive this make when requested.

Lovely pool area and spa, an oasis in the heart of Mumbai. Fantastic breakfast selection. Generous room size with huge windows overlooking city. A few areas in the room starting to look a little tired - carpets, inside corners of room window and ‘hard to reach’ areas in bathroom collecting dust/dirt. The ‘fish scale art’ on the wall by the pool is starting to look scruffy as are the glass panels.

The hotel is luxurious and caters to your every need. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to ensure service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is amazing and appels to multiple palettes, and the wait staff see to your every need. The room and bathroom are large and luxurious. There were 3 of us in the room and it was very comfortable.

I think when you arrive, it would be nice to explain how the butler service works, especially if you have not stayed at the St Regis before. We were basically learning as we went along and also chatting to other guests. This caused some confusion regarding garment pressing and what was complimentary and what wasn't, but Manisha at reception was able to sort this out for us.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the value for money it offered. The staff members were incredibly professional and attentive, making my stay very comfortable. The lobby's coffee was excellent, and the breakfast spread was delightful. Moreover, being connected to the mall was very convenient. A special thanks to Nikhil. This hotel is highly recommended.

While my stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, there were a couple of issues that detracted from the experience. Firstly, the quality of the toilet paper was subpar and didn't quite reflect the standard one would expect from this establishment. Additionally, the TV remote was not functioning properly, requiring several attempts to change channels or adjust the volume. These minor inconveniences aside, the overall stay was satisfactory.

- Fantastic hospitality and service - Gym had everything I needed with a view - Complimentary water bottles in room and gym and during entire stay (don’t be shy to ask for more) - Rooftop pool was great.. though I though it would be bigger - Shout out to Shweta for the superb service - Buffet dinner and breakfast was good. I have a nut allergy and the chef was kind enough to cater to my needs

- Only three elevators per tower. Typically have to wait awhile.

The whole place was just like a scene from the home alone movie and it felt like Christmas even tho it was august ! The butlers, the staff treating u like a vip ! And the pool the jacuzzi was alll great ! Even the room was so spacious and a proper 5 star ! Plus the restaurants 5 exemplary i even got free buffet

The price a bit too much i paid 21k for one night in a king room i wish it was a bit less than 15k
