Excellent location; you'll make some sweet memories View from some of the room is exceptional especially that of the Worli skyline and link bridge. Overall ambience either in the lobby-swimming pool-club lounge or atrium is very L-I-K-E-A-B-L-E The senior staff is welcoming and listens to your concerns and grievances if any.. Special shoutout to @Sakshi Chari-Assistant Front manager for making it memorable and wanting us to comeback to Taj lands end Also Sanath who alloted us a wonderful room 👍

Un-responsive staff at The Vista restraunt especially during Breakfast hours; ordered food three different times but it was never served at our table. May be the staff is overworked due to heavy rush..still can't be a reason for this negligence. During our stay Drilling noise between 12-2 pm both the days ..so you can't do anything productive either sleeping or attending online call The duty manager Aashi tried to solve our grievances but was unable to do that Though she acknowledged and tried to compensate for it with a surprise Gift Which definitely left a good taste

The rooms were decent. The lobby is good

1. Breakfast seating. Yes, the property is fully booked. to manage the guests some of us are diverted to a banquet hall… you come to this type of hotel expecting an ambience that’s picturesque not definitely some wedding reception kind of buffet… 2. of what use are the amenities of the timings are odd? there were bicycles but they could be used only post 9.30AM as the person who looks after those comes at that time. one would like to cycle in the morning fresh air and not in scorching humidity. why should the pool timing be from 8 AM ? why can’t it be from 6AM?

The views and classiness of the hotel. When we get into the room, it is quiet, smells nice, and is peaceful and relaxing. Food quality at breakfast is very high too

Ventilation at the club floor - food smells permeate the entire floor. Vista breakfast workflow and customer education could be improved. Customers breathe into and over food, touch food and put it back, and there is overall disorganization at the breakfast. We would come to our table and often find others' plates and orders.

Food quality is poor we expect alot from Taj group, dinner is horrible taste and menu wise same experience by other guests too who was seating next to our table need to work on dinner menu and quality... Breakfast was good but again can be improve more because when I stay with Taj Mahal place breakfast there was Amazing also compare to other hotel chain like ITC , marriot & Hyatt breakfast can improve this my personal experience

This is our new favourite hotel in Mumbai. It is perfect for families. the location is great, a rickshaw or walk away from West Bandra. Rooms are clean just like other facilities, the pool is wonderful surrounded by a nice large garden with a little play area and live rabbits (that’s right, real rabbits!), the bar in the atrium is a perfect place for people watching, the breakfast buffet is huge with wonderful high quality choices and the Indian restaurant is really really good. However, the best were the people! Everyone working there are just wonderful! Vikas who checked us in, help us to change to a more comfortable room and made sure to organise the change on a most busy NY eve day. Sukoon, guest relations manager, was the favourite person of our daughters and had all the patience in the world to listen to their stories. Ashok, housekeeper on L18 who has a heart to organise your things so perfectly. People at this hotel really care to make your stay truly special.

Hotel room included a buffet breakfast which had plenty of choice. Room had a sea view and away from the lift. Very friendly staff and the person who cleaned our room could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable.

Room was very clean and well maintained on the surface, but there was a thick layer of dust on the carpet between the side bedroom cupboard and the wall. I don't blame the day cleaner for this, but it indicates that twice a year the furniture needs to be moved for a thorough cleaning. The person in the room next to us {behind our bed head} coughed all night every night we were there. It did not keep us awake. We mentioned this to the desk where payments are made as we were concerned that this person may have required medical attention.

The Taj Club floor lounge is a perfect quiet spot in this hotel. The hotel is too noisy in the lobby area - all the time. In fact one suggestion would be please do not have live music during the day - it\s very distracting - breakfast and the afternoon tea in the club lounge are delicious with the staff superb. I don't think I would enjoy my stay as much if I didnt have access to this lounge .

there should be no live music during week days in the lobby area - the singer cannot be heard as the acoustics are not good. The evening flute and piano is fine.

The staff are extremely co operative and courteous. The bristles of comb in my room ( and even in Taj Ganges- Varanasi ) were very sharp and I informed this to the housekeeping staff, and in a few minutes a wooden comb was in my room - excellent. The reception staff were very good checking us in with two adjacent rooms as our children were with us. The sea view from the room was very pleasing to the eyes. The lunch we had at the restaurant was delicious. All in all a very good experience

The location is very good, overlooking the sea and the sea link bridge. The hotel entrance is very impressive and the Christmas decorations and celebrations were done with style. The service was of very high quality and everyone was very friendly. The breakfast spread was the best I have had in India and second only to Dubai! The new year's eve celebrations were another level! Great food, drinks, music and entertainment!

The gym and spa were being re-furbished the temporary solution was not up to standard. This was not reflected in the rate we paid and I would have thought that they could have made up for that by providing a small upgrade such as access to the club lounge or complementary airport transfer etc etc. But despite raising this as an issue and asking if any upgrades were available, no effort was made to remedy the situation.

Check in was great. But a day later was called as the system had not registered our passports. On 6th Oct at dinner, which was part of package, was presented with a tab saying that it was one buffet/room as system showed that the room was for one instead of a couple!! I refused. It wa But thes sorted very efficiently thanks to Mr.More. But the embarassment could have been avoided and not flattering to the Taj brand. Finally, at checkout, there was an issue as we were overcharged. My booking through Booking.com showed a rate including taxes whereas your system showed excluding taxes. It was sorted out by Rahul and Shyamlan but it took nearly 45 mins for the checkout.
