I really appreciated the very helpful hotel staff. Each one of them went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I was allowed to store food in the hotel fridge so that I could eat lactose-free breakfast. I just bought coffee from the hotel (which was excellent!).

It was not a big deal for me, because I was there for work and only slept in my hotel room, but the room had only windows in the interior of the hotel. They worked to get fresh air, but there was no view. This was one of their cheapest rooms (and that was worth it for me); other rooms are considerably more expensive.

Single room, one night, clean and  fresch, small but very functional room. Nice helpful and welcoming people at the reception. Good location, near everything. Walked to the bus stop at Horreo street (not the bus station) where you can take the bus to the airport very slowly to see how much time it would take simulating dragging the suitcase and it was about 6 min. A bit uphill first but not that bad. A lot of traffic though.

Nothing really, too bad I was too tired after walking the Camino to explore the sights of the city.

Breakfast was a good deal for 4 euros. It was tasty with the breads and the coffee was delicious. The location was convenient to the train station, and the front desk was helpful for giving directions to the station. The hotel was also close to an Indian restaurant where I was meeting friends for dinner.

The hotel is in a newer part of the city, and not much is open on Sunday. I was given a clean room but it was a smoker's room since there was an ash tray on the desk in the room. The blanket has a cigarette hole in the middle of it. Make sure to ask for a non-smoker's room.

About halfway between the cathedral and the train station. They held our bags since we arrived before check in. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was large and had a window you could open to let steam out. Breakfast was good, there were a few different options. The coffee was good.

The bed was really low, not the usual height. But it was comfortable.

The location of this Hotel is great. 5 minutes walk to train/bus station, and roughly the same to the impressive church of Santiago. The room we stayed in was so quiet, we could hear no street traffic which was fantastic. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel .

It's in the city centre at walking distance from the railway station and main city attractions. The area has restaurants, stores, cafes, etc. Very convenient location

Room acoustic is really bad, I could hear every single word of my neighbour room on the phone. Luckily I didn't understand the language.

Stayed just for the night. The room was very clean, hot water on the shower, comfy bed, the whole floor was very quiet (perfect for a good sleep), heating working properly, 24hrs counter with helpful service, central location, 5' walking from the main train station. The price for the room was inexpensive. I'm glad I choose this hotel.

Central heating/airco can be noisy time to time.

location excellent .. central to church and shops / restaurants and bars…staff at reception excellent and very friendly, helpful and professional…

breakfast was only €4 continental… however, only 1 staff serving and he had to do teas/ coffees/ juices/ toast ect… although tea and coffee excellent, the rest of those items could have been self serving and more convenient… had to wait if a lot of people there at the same time… staff helpful and accommodating however..

It was good to know there was a late checkout of 12 even though I left at 10 a.m., as I was very tired when I arrived. The room was cosy, and the bed was comfy. The location was perfect for me. Most of all, I really appreciated being able to check in earlier than the check-in time.

There was nothing to dislike.

Great location and staff, modern facilities.

The room I had initially had paper thin section of wall (even a gap) by the windows that let sound in from the adjoining room. I could hear everything as if they were in the room next to me. I wasn't able to rest. So the staff kindly changed my room.
