I chose this hotel based on reviews, pricing, and location in Santiago de Compostela. The staff greeted me with kindness and courtesy. All of the staff were helpful and their English fluency was strong. The room was airy and fresh. While I did miss having an actual chair at the built-in desk (they provide a stool), there was ample room to unpack and put clothing in the closet (or on hangers). The room has a small refrigerator and a safe for valuables (which I did not use). My spouse especially enjoyed the presence of a full-sized bathtub! This hotel is within easy walking distance of the Cathedral of Saint James and this influenced my decision to reserve a room. There are plenty of pasteleria's within easy walking distance. The train/bus station is, perhaps, a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

I did not choose to purchase breakfast with my room. I agree with other reviews that the breakfast, at 10 Euros, seems to be expensive. I did look at what was offered for breakfast and it didn't seem to be worth the requested price. At checkout, I requested a taxi to the train station. I was surprised when I was told that the hotel could not book one for me. Having a mobility challenge/disability, I should not have to justify a request for transportation. The staff member did eventually call on my behalf and the taxi arrived promptly. The taxi driver helped load the luggage but was audibly exasperated when informed of our destination.

Good proximity to old town and railway station; only a short walk from Praza de Galicia; room was well equipped, light and spacious with an excellent bathroom; security safe and fridge also included which is a bonus these days; breakfast is good without being exceptional; coin laundry close by in Rua de Santiago de Guayaquil; reservation details as provided to the property by 'Booking.com' indicated only single-use despite confirmation for 2 people: Tatiana at reception was brilliant in getting this sorted and allocated us a room with balcony on 8th floor - thank you!

Beds are not comfortable and should be replaced - seems to be a common problem in post-covid era;

The hotel was fabulous, clean, well maintained and staff were super friendly with excellent English. The breakfast at an added cost of ten euro was worth it. Also the bath in the bedroom was immense. After walking 200 km, soaking in a deep bath with hot water was incredible. I had the pilgrim massage at an affordable price and it was brilliant. I also received cream for my sore joints as well as a discount voucher. My spa therapist was so great and knew exactly what she was doing. Thank you. I've stayed here twice and would come back again. It's just a stone's throw from the city centre so great location.

Nothing...it was fabulous.

Spacious room and cot fitted well for our child. It was clean and staff very friendly. Good breakfast. We got a room at the back of the building which was very quiet. Ideal for families. It's within walking distance from the old town and from the train station.

The mattress was too hard so I felt uncomfortable sleeping. The lifts can only be called without indicating whether you want to go up or down and sometimes it takes a long time to be able to get one.

Comfortable and spacious room. Great to have a mini fridge in the room. Fabulous breakfast with lots of variety. Staff were very nice and helpful. Located very near all the main sites of Santiago and the airport bus.

Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been good. Very noisy. Cleanliness was ok but I have stayed in cheaper hotels that had a higher standard. Windows should have been left open as the room was very warm and stuffy. No instructions as to how to use the air conditioning. These are small issues but I mention as the hotel was very expensive. I still thought it was worth the price though.

At the end of the Camino, it was nice to stay in a very modern, comfortable hotel with air conditioning and soundproofing. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was halfway between the cathedral and the train/bus station, actually a pretty good location with groceries, a lavanderia, etc., close by.

Compared to the often quirky hotels and albergues on the Camino, it was very generic. If you love the nicer American chain hotels, you will feel right at home! We were glad for the change!

Great location near the train/bus station. I booked the same day due to missing my train, so the price was higher than I would like, but I was definitely comfortable. I also had a room on the sixth floor so the view was great.

Last minute booking was expensive.

Everything good for a business trip except breakfast could be a lot better.

Breakfast not so good. Pastries (puffs, croissants) and bread didn't seem fresh and that was very disappointing. If those items are not fresh you cannot have a proper Breakfast. The coffee machine didn't offer a good cappuccino, also disappointing. It was more like coffee and milk with chocolate.

The room and the bath tub were amazing, all that I needed after the Camino. The massage offered was also superb. The reception was very helpful in calling a cab for me and the breakfast was great

I was not able to use the laundry service. I arrived about 3pm and would stay 2 nights, but there that wasn't enough time to have my clothes washed until I check out

It's well located, only 15 minutes to the Cathedral and 5 miutes to the airport bus stop. There are 2 supermarkets nearby. The staff were v helpful, preparing a picnic bag for me as I need to leave very early in the morning.The room is air-conditioned, cosy and quiet.

The water pressure was not strong enough.
