Comfy bed, luggage drop (before and after stay), quiet location and didn't hear any neighbours so soundproofing good. Short walk to everything - the station for bus and train, old town and park.

The room had three holes in the floorboards (one of which was the length/width of a knife and right next to the bed) so these need to be addressed. The white walls also had numerous marks and stains (general wear like peoples bags scuffing the wall) that ought to be cleaned. Minor things but not speaking to the price point. Nb. Some people may not like the frosted glass wall between room and bathroom.

Super hotel, great location near the old town and bus stop for the airport. Friendly staff, super breakfast and everywhere very clean. Grateful reception were happy to store our bags on our last day before we left.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Great location for exploring Santiago itself and also close (10 min walk) to the main train and bus stations. Good breakfast.

Not much to report. My room was facing the main street and there was a little noise at night, not a problem for me but ask for a room facing the rear courtyard if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel is in a great location, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the Cathedral with lots of tapas bars within a five minute radius. Our room was very clean and surroundings were very quiet at night despite the city centre location.

Our room was right next to the breakfast area so was a little noisy in the morning when we hadn’t paid to have breakfast in the hotel.

Reception staff welcoming professional and helpful. Clean quiet room. Very comfortable beds. Location perfect for getting out into the city centre and for getting bus to the airport. Really appreciated that hotel provided baggage storage.

It's a modern clean functional hotel. Lacks ambiance. No water or kettle available in rooms.

Lovely sweet receptionists. Location between the train station and old town and very near to airport bus stop. Quiet clean comfortable room. We stayed in two other different hotels in Santiago de Compostela, this is our best experience . Can leave luggage after check out.

Only slight concern was could have had a few draws in our room to put things away, and breakfast was very very basic.

Loved the central location, the pleasant staff and spacious bedroom/bathroom.

The walls are paper-thin and the floors are wooden. Luckily I had ear plugs, but nevertheless the noise from inside the hotel combined with the noise from the street were a problem.

Perfectly located between train station and cathedral. Very comfortable, friendly staff and very reasonably priced. I enjoy the 9 euro breakfast as well. the Hotel Lux was a perfect way to end my Camino!

Location. Little balcony. Breakfast. Staff were helpful.

The place looks old. The picture in the image is not the room I got. The headboard was old and the vinyl was peeling. Looked ugly. Dead bugs under the bed near the headboard. Shower didn't drain well so I was standing in a puddle. No chair in the room (there was an old foot stool with torn/frayed covering. Get in early for breakfast cos once they run out of say croissants they aren't replaced. Price of 89 is reasonable, anything more I feel is not value for money.
