Only a short walk away from the city center, the family room was extremely spacious and cozy - perfect for our two preschooler to run around freely. The room was very clean and well equiped, exceeded my expectation in every way for the type of room ordered. Best part was the water pressure - I don't remember being in a room with such good water pressure, the shower felt amazing. Another great thing was the rolling blinds on the large windows which enabled us to sleep blacking out all light and we even slept through the breakfast (a rare thing with small kids to sleep in). Overall our stay was very pleasant, and that is thanks to the accomodation as well.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it was a great experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quite. The location, in my opinion, is great. Itš about 5 minutes from the train and bus station and about 5-10 minutes from Santiago Old Town. There are cafes, stores, and restaurants nearby. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The last time we stayed at the hotel, we forgot something. The staff contacted us and arranged for the forgotten items to be shipped to our location.

Due to the tourist season, the pricing was much higher than during our previous stay, which was off-season (during the spring). It wasn't really an issue for us, but may be beneficial information for someone who has more flexible travel dates.

Way exceeded expectations in just about every way. From the start with the excellent attitude of the staff, who seemed really invested in the hotel and the customer, the room, to the amazingly good breakfast. An excellent location if you're leaving by train or bus; it's just a short stroll to the stations. A little walk into the old town, but perfectly reasonable. Comfortable bed with good linens and towels. Good fittings and fixtures and lighting. Great value.

The staff are always outstanding. I've stayed here a few times and they couldn't be friendlier. Excellent location, really close to the train station and the old town The value for money is great and the beds are always comfortable.

It can be a bit noisy. Guests aren't particularly noisy themselves but the rooms don't seem to be very soundproof.

Arriving in from bus/train station was a 6/ 7 min walk with bags. Additional the 6a bus stop to the airport that costs a euro was literally directed across the road. So location wise excellent. I didn't have the breakfast but at approx 6 euro seems good value to me, Coffee smelt lovely. Everywhere was bright and fresh but in a calming way. Excellent value

The hotel is within a 5-min-walking distance from the train and bus stations and within 5-10-min walking distance from Praza Galiza and the old town, with amenities such as bars, restaurants, and stores nearby. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff is really friendly. We left something behind, and the staff arranged for that to be shipped to our location. Would definitely stay again on our next visit to Santiago.

Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a bar in the lobby which serves breakfast. They were kind enough to open a wine bottle we’d brought with us and give us wine glasses. The also provide an iron and board for use in the room.2 grocery stores and a bar within 2 blocks and only 1 km from the Cathedral!

Close to the station and walking distance to whole town. The room was very comfortable, quiet and good value. Bath & shower, nice soaps etc. Great breakfast for 7.50 euro.. Staff warm & welcoming. English spoken.

Close to the train station. The room is clean and spacious. Everything is just good enough for the end of our Camino.

The other hotel guests had a party at midnight without me. Noisy, true. Yet, it was the eve of Spain’s national day. Let it be.

Spotlessly clean hotel with lovely staff, unfortunately I did not get the name of the lady who checked me in on Monday 4 April around 18.00ish, but she was efficient, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is modern and seemed quite new or recently refurbished; my room was a good size (especially in this price range) with a lovely bathroom. I recommend the breakfast which was great value with a very good selection for around six Euros. Overall wonderful value for money.
