Breakfast breakfast was more than adequate! The juice was great. The coffee was great. It would be nice to have some variety as I was there for three breakfast, but it was solid.

I like staying in that part of town with them and they were so helpful other than the front desk lady on my check out today while I was rushing to catch a train for my hike. She threaten to call the police on me because she said I didn’t pay her but I paid in advance so I wasn’t worried if it didn’t go through I would pay her but the police threat kind of concern me that never has happened to me before everyone else, remaining staff was super amazing, hospitality was excellent especially Martin. Everyone seem to sleep at night as it was very quiet there was nothing to disturb you at night.

Stayed here just a night but everything was fine I arrived earlier and my partner later from the airport but the receptionist were helpful and kind regarding this. The rooms were fine and the bed comfortable and we also had breakfast included which we didn't expect so the price was excellent too. Last note, it's very close to the train and bus station, 15 minutes walking.

If I was to say something that some people may not like, our room had a window but the view was the fire escape stairs- this didn't bother us but others may want to keep that in mind.

This hotel offered safe bicycle storage, while being in a really convenient, central. Location close to Plaza Galicia. Within easy walking distance of the historic centre for those foing the Camino. We liked the coffee facilities in the hotel foyer. And especially appreciated the early chevk in on arrival. We recommend a day tour to Fisterra .

The bedding was a little warm - we vould perhaps have tried the air conditioning. .

The room was on the small side but typical of hotel rooms in Europe. It was clean and well furnished. The hotel location was right where I wanted to be, not exactly in "Old Town" but not too distant from it either. The gentleman at the front desk on the afternoon we arrived was very pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful throughout our interaction with him. He is a great asset to this establishment.

Great location in Santiago. The desk clerks were exceptional with information and help. The hotel is modern and comfortable. I enjoyed the location because we were only a block or two from streets that lead to the cathedral area, shopping and dining/outdoor cafes. In fact, there is a supermarket across the street and very nice shops just a few doors away. The desk clerk gave me good directions to a laundry mat, just a couple of blocks away. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and the lobby area has some amenities. I would be happy to stay here any time.

Very close to city center. Practical and efficient, with high quality wifi that I appreciated. Staff very kind, clean room. Breakfast good and complete (bonus: possibility to make orange juice from fresh oranges on the spot).

Room a little bit small and even more the toilet. In my room the safe box was not working properly but staff was very kind (to extract my documents ;-)). However it is a very efficient hotel in a perfect position to visit city centre and close to bus stop from the airport. I recommend.

The most outstanding feature was the front desk staff. Maria, Joaquin, and Paul are among the most helpful, friendly and personable hotel reception staff I have met in my extensive professional and leisure travel. The breakfast spread is also noteworthy.

The bathroom: The shower fixtures worked wonderfully, but taking a shower meant climbing into a high, old-fashioned bathtub -- a scary move for me, a senior citizen.

Friendly helpful staff, some with great English skills. Easy to find, with inexpensive parking nearby. Beds were very comfy and LOVELY to get a duvet in Spain!!

The description on booking.com said ‘Parking’ which did imply that there was parking on site. However the parking was nearby and not too expensive but this should perhaps be clearer online.

Absolutely everything! From the kindness and professionalism of the reception staff, to the unexpected facilities of the apartment. The more than generous size of the rooms, the tea and coffee bags, the quality of the mattresses, and last but not least, the excellent location, including the nearby underground parking was a plus of this apartment, we traveling by car. Our only disappointment was that we didn't stay longer.. Thanks again to those who take care of this location!

The staff is friendly and helpful. An iron provided in case of need. Location of the hotel is favourable as it is close to the old town and restaurants as well as shopping areas - a short walking distance. The hotel is also near the train/bus station.

The walls are thin so you could hear your neighbours snoring through the wall, and vice versa you yourself may become disturbing for instance while talking on the phone or having an online call
