Super relaxed, quiet, great views, nice pools and food was fantastic, wifi was good enough for typical day to day stuff like streaming Netflix, emails, social media

Very suspect early check in fee of 250,000IDR or approximately €15. My occupation takes me to numerous countries/hotels over some 20+ years, I have never been asked for an early check in fee yet, especially for a room that was already ready to go. I cant help but suspect some malfeasance so i asked for a receipt & it was hand written!! All other receipts from this hotel were from a point of sale machine, the plot thickens…..Late checkout fees i have encountered, which to date i have been only very occasionally charged. This was the one fly in the ointment, i was not in the humour for protracted discussions on the subject.

Our stay at Rajavilla was marvelous. We ended up wishing we had prepared our trip to stay there longer. Great value for money, lovely staff and facilities. Cleaningness to the point and very spacious and comfortable rooms with very convenient balcony.

I liked everything about this stay, but future guests must know it is not centrally located. A short taxi/grab ride does the trick to get you to the nearest restaurants and stores in senggigi, However the road to there is not really easily walkable. Nevertheless, if you plan to just stay inside the resort you will find everything you need there.

The resort was very quiet being the off season which was lovely for us. The views were spectacular and location to walk to town or visit other beaches was excellent. Our room was large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was a la carte and very good. The main pool was clean as were some of the private pools which were located outside the lagoon rooms.

The hotel seems to be lacking in the use of some of the wonderful features. The rooftop patio areas have no furniture to relax enjoy the sunset. The spa is a complete abandoned disaster. The cushions on the sofas and chairs in the restaurant/bar are in dire need of cleaning.

We stayed at the Suite Ocean, which was 3rd floor. The view from our room was spectacular!! The balcony was so spacious, and we were feeling the air of the ocean. I will never forget the scenery from our room.

Some restaurant staff needed to be trained. When I asked『Is this spicy? 』He said no. But it was very spicy. Some were very friendly and nice. Some facilities were not clean and comfortable. The sofas were very hard. Also some places were a little bit dangerous for small kids.So parents should be careful.

I like the room view, balcony facing the beach. It is awesome. The bathroom is really huge, we quite like it. Breakfast is simple and quite acceptable. Didn't use the pool. Maybe next time.

No ironing & hair dryer facilities in the room. We need to call room service. The iron also is quite bad condition. The hotel should provide more towel hangers & wet clothes to hang. Not quite like to hang at the balcony handrailing. The TV cabinet is really close to the bedframe. I knock my leg due to the limited space to walk in between. Push button cabinets are not practical.

Resort is located on a beautiful cliff with access to the beach. Rooms are large and comfortable with direct access to the private pool. Cleanliness and hygiene is on the high level. Staff is to be commended for great customer service. Reception staff, Aisha, Mirna, Ozzie, Amel….. were very helpful, kind and polite. Restaurant staff, Arman,Bahtiar, just to name a few offered impressive service while serving amazing breakfast

The hotel was set in beautiful grounds. Excellent views out to sea. Our rooms were beautiful, with a private terrace and pool, as well as the main pool. The staff were very attentive and some of the most pleasant I've ever met. Breakfast had a good selection of local and other to choose from. They were taken around the main pool looking out to sea.

There was nothing that we did not like. People should note that the walk down into the main part of Senggigi takes a good 15 minutes. However, it is so simple and cheap the book a Grab and they are usually there in a couple of minutes.

Lovely ocean views from the room. Huge shower. Friendly helpful staff. Infinity pool by the restaurant is huge and offers great views.

Breakfast was very very very disappointing. Much better to go outside and buy from a cafe. So few choices, bland, uninteresting. Most not so healthy options. At least 7 pools in the resort but apparently can only use one of them. Small private beach is not really swimmable. Security box in room couldn't be opened when first checked in - was fixed by staff. Location is a bit out of the way - that is really a bit of a minus and a plus.

Good time to visit this place as low guests and great private pools and views

The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel.is quite new and very clean. We had a room.with a pool.right in front of it, the bed faced the pool and the sea with Bali in the distance. The big sun loungers and a table and chairs around it. The restaurant pool is very big but we only used ours. The breakfast was lovely and extremely generous portions. My wife isn't great with steps and the staff quite happily brought all our food to us. Five minute walk to beach bars and restaurants. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the aircon worked great.

They were waiting for a liquer licence so only served Bintang. So the wife missed her G&T but you can always make your own next to your own pool 😀
