We stayed for one night and it was perfect for our stay. The room was large with a double and single bed. Surprised to find a fridge with juice and water. We had to leave early so did not use the downstairs coffee shop but we were delighted to be told that we could avail of the self service dining room upstairs beside the rooms. The B&B is right on the edge of the town a short walk from an excellent Indian and other restaurants. Nice bar downstairs and another cozy bar across the road. The girl that checked us in deserves a mention she was very helpful and friendly.

There was nothing that we disliked. Parking a little tight and we did struggle a little with the shower temperature but worked it fine in the end. We are already planning our next stay (Which will be longer than one night) in Kerrigan's.

Extremely spacious room compared to most hotel rooms in Ireland. It was great having a fridge in the room, especially with the snacks it came with. The bathroom had a towel warmer. Nice little pub downstairs. No real food sold at the pub so we walked to Spice India and got take out. The B&B upstairs has a common dining room and we ate our food there. Breakfast and espresso drinks from the downstairs coffee shop were included in the price (because it was a weekday). I got warm sausage rolls, and my husband had a bagel sandwich toasted for him. I was happy to have a couple of flat whites.

The walls are a little thin, not unusual though. The radiator didn't switch on until 6pm. The carpet had a couple of spots. Overall it was a positive experience and I was happy with it.

Comfortable spacious room. Friendly staff. Breakfast at the cafe was delicious- toasted bagels and crossants. Enjoyed the change from a normal continental breakfast. We could use the plates and cutlery and stove etc from the kitchen near the rooms during the stay. We bought food and was able to eat there in plates and wash up and put it back. Very convenient for us. Felt like self-catering and bnb in 1.

Toilet pan seat was loose. Small repair needed.

The bed and breakfast is located centrally in the town of Mullingar. Its easy walking distance to the main street which includes a few nice pubs and restaurants. The bed and breakfast itself is located above their own pub. This pub has been there for a long time and the establishment is very handy for breakfast in the morning which is right next door to the pub. This is included in the bed and breakfast. The staff is exceptionally friendly in the pub and was very informative with tourist destinations and ideas for the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is traveling in the area.

Not a thing.

The room was incredibly spacious, and check-in was swift. On the weekends, a cooked breakfast is offered in the upstairs dining room, which was delightful. The staff was attentive and courteous, very willing to help accommodate anything that came up.

As a gluten-free vegetarian, the weekday breakfast options were extremely limited. Breakfast is offered as take-away from the coffee shop, which is fine, but the heftiest options are croissant sandwiches with meat on them. Thankfully, the staff were generous enough to let me take yogurt and fruit cups instead, but that felt more like a snack!

The location was perfect for the purpose of my visit...a nice walk to the place of business I was there for and half a block from the bus stop to get me back to my train. The room was clean and airy. While the rooms are over a bar (I'm not sure whether Kerrigans is a B&B with a bar or a bar with rooms) the room was quiet at night. There was a continental breakfast, but I don't eat breakfast, so I can't comment on the quality of that. I need to be back in town for 4 nights in July and made a booking before I left and am looking forward to the stay.

I found the door locking system a bit tricky. The doors lock automatically on both sides, so having problems with the lock on the inside means one is locked in....something of a hazard I would think in an emergency.

Room was very comfortable, bright and airy. Very clearn. Breakfast was very nice also with a good varity on the menu. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Car park was very close and handy.

Unfortunately when you arrive you must go into the bar to check in. As a woman travelling on her own, having been drenched through volunteering all day and not looking the best, dragging bags with me, it is quite intimidating (as it was late eveing and busy in the bar) to have to do this, really there should be a seperate entrance where people can check in for the B&B.

It was good for a night in mullingar. It was comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Near the main street. Had good size fridge with water in it. Nice bathroom. Good breakfast but was early from 8-10 as check out 11.

It was kindof dark. Small things like kettle missing but staff got one when I mentioned it. Only one cup. One light not working over bed. The power in the shower was fine for me but later my husband had shower and it wasn't great. Hand towels would have been nice. But everything else was good.

Room was nice and clean and so was the en suite. Breakfast the next morning was very good and cooked fresh for us. Better than most hotels. The location was perfect, right in the town center and had enough parking for residents. Was very happy with my stay there.

Car Park was a little difficult to find but nothing a U turn didn't sort out. Bed was a little soft for my bad back. It didn't stop me sleeping though.

Lovely clean, comfortable room with everything we needed. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. Staff were very friendly. There was live music in the bar which created a lovely atmosphere. Overall this B&B is exceptional value for money as we have paid double the amount in hotels for the same thing. We will definitely recommend Kerrigans.
