When you compare with what you get at the Travelodge down the road in Rathmines, No9 compares very favourably and without the traffic noise. I will certainly be looking at staying again. A fridge in the room and a microwave being available in the lounge are in my opinion bonuses. I didn't find the self-check-in an issue and it worked well for me.

There was occasional noise from other guests coming back after a night out, but that was more them being inconsiderate than a fault of the accommodation. In the absence of reception being staffed, a welcome/information letter in the room would have been helpful. There was no milk on my tea and coffee tray in the room (probably just an oversight) and as it was after 10pm and the lounge locked, no way of getting any. Perhaps a small supply by the entrance, just in case?

Very clean. The room was not big but well organized so it appeared more spacious than it in fact was. Keyless entry and instructions were clear. Excellent coffee machine and good quality coffee. The bathroom was cleverly organized: no washbasin! This was in the room. The shower door was excellent quality and the size of the shower (floor) was more than standard!

Ok, just one minor thing: parking a motorbike on the dirt is a bit tricky, unless one brings a piece of e.g. metal to extend the surface of the sidestand/jiffy.

this is close to public transport lines and also has parking if needed. Arrival and departure are seamless - all done online. Nice pizza restaurant nearby with Supervalu and excellent Bijou deli for take away food. there is a fridge available and microwave for use by residents. decent coffee machines with plenty of pods always available.

No elevator and there are stairs. Parking is limited. there is street parking but you need to be out early to move your vehicle. you cannot get food on the premises. This has never been a problem for me but just not a service available.

The bed was comfortable, it was super clean and the location was quiet and very well connected to Dublin city center. I was not feeling well and they allowed me to check out an hour later. Definitely recommend for a short stay will be back soon

The room was super hot and we could not open the window more than 3 centimetres. As the reception was not present we couldn't ask for help. The room was tiny even though comfy and the bed had wheels so if I tried to sit on the bed to read a book, it would move very easily.

The location was very good: pubs and even a Lidl were close by. The small room was a bit tight, but about a week later we stayed there again and then we managed to book a room that was a bit bigger. The coffee machine was very good, it made really nice coffee! In the lounge more coffee was available, as well as a fridge and a microwave.

Nothing.

- clean and nice room - nice shower - perfect bed - nice teapot and coffee - there was always an parking space for my car - perfect. Thank you!

- the room for breakfast ist nice, but no possibility for washing the hands or dishes. No spoon, nor knife nor fork. ..sooo when you use the mircowave...your really are lost afterwards with your dishes........ - In the room, I couldn't really open the window for letting in some fresh air. (especially wished in the morning) But all in all a very nice place. Thank you

Location--close to Dublin City Center. Very easy to take a bus to Dublin. Freedom to come and go--access codes allow you to get in and out of the hotel and your room. You don't need to worry about a key. Neighborhood--cute neighborhood with pubs and grocery stores within walking distance. Several nights we went to the grocery store for wine and food to eat in the communal lounge.

Not always having someone on site to assist with some needs. For example, needed additional toilet paper and no one was around to request it.

No frills walk up guest house, perfectly suited for travel to and through Dublin. Located on a busy street, but set back. Did not hear traffic with windows closed. Very clean and comfortable room, bed and en-suite bath. Window let in lots of light. Tea and coffee accoutrements, mini fridge. Self check-in codes sent via text. Good value. 30 mins to Dublin airport, 20 mins to the coast. Grocery store, restaurant and pub about 3 blocks away.

Free parking was mentioned in listing, however only 2 spots on property. Adequate on-street parking, but must pay on weekdays.

We liked the neighborhood, closeness to public transportation, bed and bathroom were nice, but the room was very small.

EXPENSIVE, way overpriced facilities. The stairs were noisy. The shared room with the microwave had a few seats. No AC. Had a floor fan that did not work. Another smaller one was brought in, but noisy.

No breakfast facilities and no checkin staff but an efficient response by remote staff.

Booking.com did not respond effectively to my request telling me that another night was not available when it was. I dont think they talk to the property, they just do the easiest thing for them which is not to refund or change anything. The property was very responsive and I got the two nights I needed through them and another website.
