We got our three day stay for a great price, the location was superb and the hotel everything you would expect from a Hilton. Good clean, well equipped room, very good breakfast (Dublin restaurants are very expensive so the breakfast option is worth taking) and helpful, friendly staff, highly recommended!

Heating controls in the room was a bit hit and miss.

Nice staff, and a great breakfast with the usual high Hilton standards, although for the price we expected some things like shoe cleaning, robe and slippers that were missing.

Alas, I’ve marked down the score due to refurbishments on the floor above us. We were informed of them on arrival, but that work wouldn’t start before 9am, but hammers and drills were active at 8.30am on all the days of our stay despite complaints. There was no chance of staying in that room without earplugs!

Staff were very friendly and professional. Room was clean, and comfortable. My wife can rarely sleep in hotels due to noise and also sleeping in a different bed but she slept solidly. Will definitely be back.

The continental breakfast part was excellent fruit, yogurts, pastries, meats, cheeses and pancakes. The cooked breakfast wasn't as good as the sausages looked raw (not browned) After finishing our continental breakfast we went for the cooked breakfast to find our table had been cleared so our coffee etc had been taken away. Easy mistake to happen and the waitress apologised.

The room was fabulous, clean bathroom was stocked with gorgeous toiletries. Bed was so comfortable and there are smaller pillows available if you don't want to sleep high. Hotel is in a beautiful location. Staff were so kind and efficient. Check in was easy and quick.

The room was right beside a construction site, so noisy in the morning. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, breakfast runs til 10 we were down at 930 and there was very little left, there traffic light system seems to be backward. Wouldn't get the breakfast again. Could use a smart telly in the room, the channels were boring.

The property was pet friendly which was absolutely amazing. They place was so clean and the staff we all so friendly. They made such a big deal about our dog Harper and made us feel very welcome with her.

I made a special request to say that our dog was coming with us. The hotel replied and said it was no problem to bring our furry friend with us. When we arrived they told us we owed an extra €50 on top of our room charge for our dog. We have absolutely no problem paying an extra fee for our dog to stay anywhere with us, I think we both would have just liked to have been told beforehand, that’s all. other than that everything was wonderful!

The breakfast is excellent and if you pre book it is good value. The room was spacious and very clean and there was a good supply of water, tea and coffee. The bathroom was very well stocked with soaps. It was good to have the garage on site although at 20€, this seems a little expensive, but it is central Dublin!

The room was overlooking a building site. Whilst it was not noisy at all during the night with the window open a little, it was a little noisy from about 7.00 a.m. We kept the window shut the second night with the air conditioning on. The bed was a bit small. A larger bed would have made the stay much more enjoyable. The food in the restaurant is adequate for when you arrive and do not want to go out, but it is not memorable.

The hotel and staff were nice warm and friendly on arrival. Check in was easy but we paid for a superior double room but it was just a standard double room, nothing lavish or exciting, the wardrobe doors slam shut and are very noisy. The heating took ages to get warm. View from the room on the 4th floor was of the tram line and something that looks like it should be or has been demolished. We kept hearing people banging their doors all night. It was a nice place but not worth the upgrade to a superior room.

The room, view, wardrobe doors and heating.

The room was perfect. The food downstairs was our highlight. It was absolutely delicious. We are still talking about it. I didn't get the name of the waiter and his shift must have finished before our meal, I did catch that he said he was only working in the Hilton 3 weeks or so. He was extremely helpful and very good at his job, we wanted to thank him before we left but could not find him, would really appreciate if you could pass on the message. Overall, we were very much impressed with the Hilton and will definitely be back soon.

The only complaint I have is about the car park. I was told I would only have to pay 15 euro but ended up having to pay over 30 when leaving. Having the car park there was a brilliant help, but the price was a bit of a kick in the teeth. Especially when we were leaving the hotel after experiencing a brilliant stay.

Room wifi was pathetic. Inspite of complaint, no effort was made to improve the connectivity.

Exeptionaly Clean. Food very tasty. Spacious roons and efficient Staff. City view room 4th floor was great.

There where construction work going on on the 5th floor. A fact that was not mentioned when I booked my room. Even more surprising is that when I booked the hotel I was offered to upgrade and pay extra for the room. Also when arrived at the hotel they did not let me know about the construction going on. I unpleasantly and suprisingly was awakened to the renovating noise . I was moved to a room on the second floor that was not as nice and did not get any explanation.
