What a difference one street away can make! Had considered a similar Hotel nearby & on walking past delighted did not choose, as traffic was relentless! Turn one corner into Baggot Street & you'll get a more peaceful night's sleep, while still close to City Centre. Had requested a quiet room due to early start. First time staying & was given a high floor, flawless room in second building at rear. Comfort, power of shower, heat of water, cleanliness, perfect full Irish Breakfast, helpfulness of staff.... all first class & will certainly stay again. Interestingly building was derelict & restored during 1990's. While retaining much of the Georgian charm, it's possible with extensive rebuild there is less audible noise & squeaking floor boards than similar properties. Another plus to staying here.

Personally very happy with Baggot Court Townhouse, totally met our needs. Being fair, for some its possible the stairs maybe a challenge. Some tourists might wish for Porter to carry bags. There is no Air Conditioning & appeared to be limited on site parking. None of the above related to our stay, but could see how may effect others enjoyment. For an overnight/brief stay, could not say there was anything we didn't like.

Ideal location for easy access to the centre of Dublin and transport options (bus to airport, train to the beach). The feedback highlighted some of the shortcomings of the B&B (street noise if in room on front of B&B which we were, no lift for people with reduced mobility). For us it was ideal. The little interaction we had with the staff was fine - welcoming and friendly. Shower room an excellent size. Bedroom not very big but adequate for us. Bed super comfortable! Love having the coffee/tea making facility in the room. And we could leave our bags there on the day we left and collect them just before we got on the bus to the airport. We ate elsewhere for breakfast so we cannot say if it is good at B&B. Overall, and very enjoyable stay.

Dublin accommodation is uber expensive, this establishment was fit for purpose at by Dublin standards a reasonable price. Staff friendliness was excellent. Breakfast pretty poor tbh BUT you get what you pay for... It was clean, bed comfy. I was on the front so road noise was loud, that what you get when you stay in the middle of a city plus it had secondary double glazing, had that been closed noise would have been OK but the weather was warm, hence, windows open.

Breakfast! Stick with the continental, that looked OK but don't go full Irish!

the location was great, walkable to many things but also next to a bus stop, there was a table and chair to sit on outside my ground floor room, the room was clean, the staff were great. for a no frills hotel it was good and I felt very safe walking in the area at night there was a grocery store, restaurants, cafes and pubs within east walking distance

it could be noisy at times and one of the guests left the outside door open which was a bit worrying for security reasons. the bottom sheet could have been a bit bigger so it tucked in without moving.

Friendly helpful staff. Baggage storage. We had a late flight and were able to leave our bags and collect at 6pm. Only a few minutes walk to a number of good bars and restaurants. Ideal for a short stay . Our room was in a modern block behind the main building , on the 1st floor with French doors and balcony . We left the doors open during the night to keep room cool and it was quiet.

Rooms are small but adequate for a short stay and there are no lifts so we had a carry a case up and down a flight of stairs.

Location is great, 1km from top of Grafton St and closer still to bars, restaurants across the canal. We got a "family" room, 2 rooms with a bathroom in between. It suited our needs. Room was comfortable and bathroom was great. Our second floor room does not have a window but has a patio door and a small balcony. We did not have the breakfast, plenty of coffee shops close by.

Only issue, there is no temperature adjustment in the room. It was in the 50's (f) at night and to keep the room cool, we had to keep the patio door open all night.

Perfect stay, room was comfortable with good amenities (kettle, tea, tv, good shower etc), excellent breakfast. Staff were super helpful when I had to cut my trip short. Overall would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is in an old Georgian building and I suppose for this reason the windows were difficult to operate. Although there were a second set of modern windows to block out the noise, the room was so warm I needed to open the actual window and this was difficult as the windows wouldn't stay open. This wouldn't put me off staying here again though.

The main room was quite large and, a surprise to us, had an adjoining kitchenette that we used for a number of meals. The small bathroom was newly renovated and--though tiny--had everything we needed. Also, staff will launder clothes for about 12 euros a load.

The bed needs to be replaced--it was okay but small, and the corners were broken down from people sitting on them. A room of that size should probably have a larger bed, perhaps a queen or king. Finally, since there is a kitchenette, it would be very useful to have a small table by the window where meals could be eaten.

The age of the period property. The location was perfect for us, I slept fantastically, the host went above and beyond, altering check in/ out times to meet our needs. Very friendly. 😊 we overlooked a pretty little courtyard which was also a smoking area, with potted plants, rustic wall and very private. 😊

I struggled slightly with the shower…it was very small. But….it was immaculately clean and the complimentary toiletries were a bonus!
