Perfect location, bus stop (aircoach 700) 2 mins walk, easy reach to the airport and walk distance to the center and surrounding.

Hmmm, as everywhere price it's not cheap.... 🙈

We had 4 rooms in our family group & all of them were very nice. Extra pillows were provided on request. The breakfast was excellent. The location was very near to the Aircoach stop that we used to travel to & from the airport. We were able to leave our bags on our departure day & enjoy the city before flying back home in the evening.

Although we knew that the hotel has a bar & nightclub, & were prepared for some noise it did disturb the sleep of some of our group. We used the earplugs & found that this helped a little. If you like a quiet night's sleep this may not be the best choice of hotel for you.

Large room (junior suite). Friendly staff. Helpful. Nice lobby/bar etc. Decor cosy and homely. Nice character. Comfy bed. Clean and tidy. Welcoming. Charm. Food choice looked great..would like to go back and dine next time. I stayed on a Wednesday so it was nice a quiet at night.

Some small items of maintenance could be sorted better...eg some mosaic tiles missing off floor in bathroom and light on ceiling covered up with paper and the windows paintwork could be touched up but the older building and character means that these things will be the case and are very minor. Like shabby chic. The ambience in the room and whole place was lovely.

Location. Decor in hotel & bedroom. Complimentary water & coffee machine in bedroom. Ear plugs provided, but we didn't need them.

No wardrobe in bedroom or space for personal toiletries, make up, etc in bathroom. We were only staying 1 night, so it suited, but if you were staying a no of days, you would literally be living out of your suitcase, as there were 4 hangers on a wall bracket to hang clothing. Bathroom had no shelving or space around the sink to put make up & personal toiletries, so most of that took up the space on the desk in bedroom.

I so LOVED the quirkiness of the decor and the crazy tiny lift! The free cocktail on arrival was a great bonus....and really good too! And the lovely Maggie who looked after us so well! I'm coming back when I next come to Dublin soon! I loved that I could have a lovely walk thru St Stephen's Grn on my way to Grafton st shopping heaven. Also only a 20 min walk from Trinity where we were attending a concert! So pretty good placement for us as a group! I highly recommend this beautiful little gem and am so glad I found it!

Honestly.....I can't think of anything...except the tiny lift if you're claustrophobic! I'm not so all good for me!

Relatively quiet area, not far from St Stephen’s Green. Large room with beautiful lamps. Friendly staff and reasonable price.

The lift is tiny, bringing a sense of claustrophobia.

The manager couldn't have been more helpful. Happy to look after our luggage while our room was being prepared, and likewise on our day of departure, so no heavy bags to trail round Dublin. Swapped our room, no quibble and arranged for everything to be neatly moved while we were out (original room's bed needed attention due to missing wheels). Hotel breakfast was very good - the bacon was more like a pork chop! All-in-all, a great, central location for visiting the city centre including the Temple Bar area, everything is within easy walking distance. If flying in, the #700 Aircoach service drops you off at Lower Leeson Street, almost outside, and pick-up likewise.

A little pricey, but no more than other hotels in the vicinity - it's central Dublin after all. Make no mistake, Saturday night was loud, the music reverberating through the building, even from the top floor, but we came prepared with earplugs having read the website information so it wasn't an issue for us. It might have been different had we been looking for a quiet night for an early start, so book accordingly.

The hotel was fantastic- highly recommended. It's two minutes from St Stephen's Green in a smart residential street and close to the Airbus stop. from the airport. The massive selling point of this hotel is the downstairs space....a beautifully decorated Georgian lounge at the front leads to a smart bar, downstairs to a Speakeasy-style piano bar and outside to an amazing indoor-outdoor garden space with tropical plants and plenty of seating in the sun. It really is a Tardis-styke design! The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, without being amazing, but service was fantastic throughout and the overall package is excellent.

The character of each room in the lower level was so unique and gorgeous! The food was great, we had breakfast there and it was delicious! The person in charge I believe her name was Margaret was so helpful and let us drop off our luggage when our plane landed while we went around the city. She also helped us figure out how the leap cards work and the bus system! Very great staff all around! Great location, almost everything is walkable!

If you're a light sleeper just bring some white noise or play it on your phone as it is a somewhat busy street.

Lovely Bedroom felt like a home more than a hotel, all the center of Dublin City is vert walk-able from House, the breakfast was very good.

Breakfast is serviced from 8.00 which would be late for some business meetings and early morning flights. The wi-fi did not work on the Top floor, which was a pity as I needed to work from my room. The shower on my top floor room - the hot water came out very weakly. If they Wi-fi and shower are improved - house would get 10 out of 10.
