The staff was phenomenal. Truly this is what makes a 5 star hotel. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. From check in, to room service, to check out, to helping arrange taxis, I've not a single complaint! The shower / bath was super (lots of options for how you want to wash up), and the shampoo didn't make my hair ultra dry. The room layout was great, and our room had an awesome window nook that we loved!

Bed was fairly stiff. It was the only real main detractor for the stay. Only other thing to note is the bath did have someone else's hair in it, but I didn't notice until I got in the bath, so it wasn't easy to see. Could be the lighting of the shower area itself is dimmer which makes things hard to see even when cleaning.

First off, the staff was very welcoming and greeted us with a smile. They answered any and all questions we had regarding the area and our stay. Traveling with a baby can be challenging and they were very understanding and accommodated our child's needs. An example we requested a baby cot and they went beyond the request by providing a bathtub, towel, pillow, and blanket. This alone showed they care about all their guest no matter how little they are. Additionally, the breakfast was phenomenal the eggs benedict and pancakes were our favorite. Apart from the many amazing coffee options they had a self-serve mimosa and bloody mary bar. Lastly, the location/atmosphere was great there are a few parks nearby to stroll in or take the kids to play in. There were many great food options that are only about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It smelled amazing in there as well. 10/10.

Excellent location, close to many sights - walk through daffodil filled St. Stephen’s Green to Grafton Street - the ‘hub’ of this side of the city for street music, shopping & a coffee at Bewley’s. We attended a concert at the National Concert Hall, located just across the street - had light bite in the bar prior to concert & a drink there afterwards where we were entertained by the 2 staff who were preparing a variety of fancy drinks. All in all, a fabulous 24 hours.

The room was very spacious, bright, clean and very well organised for all but anyone with any amount of computer equipment, phones, etc. The cooking at the three restaurants was at a very high level. The breakfast selection was superb. Staff were very accommodating. The Sixt car rental facility in the same building makes for a very convenient location for the travelling guests.

There was nothing to not like. One elevator was being repaired slowing things down a bit but nothing major to detract from the praise we heaped on it before.

All the staff were lovely. Steve in the bar deserves a special mention as my husband lamented the lack of Carlsberg in Lemuels bar, he only wanted one before our dinner. Steve went downstairs and got him a pint which was really appreciated. Its in a great location close to Stephens Green and Grafton Street. Our room was gorgeous, with a huge comfy bed

The added cost of breakfast. I feel its particularly disingenuous of hotels to charge an extra E50 on top of an already eyewatering price to stay overnight. The breakfast was fine, but we had fruit, followed by poached eggs on one slice of toast. Its an extortionate price, plus we were left a form to sign for it (never saw that before) and there was a space for a gratuity!

Stayed 5 nights in August 2022 and I am really recommending this hotel. First night in a noisy room; asked and easily obtained a quiet room the next day. Perfectly clean and quiet hotel. Very friendly staff. Beautiful breakfast room and bar. Nice Gym. 5 minutes walk to the Old town through a nice park.

Breakfast is average regarding the buffet variety in comparison to equivalent high standards hotels (4* more than 5*)... but the staff is very (!) friendly. Vegetarian Irish breakfast is terrible, the cook obviously has no idea of contemporary vegetarian food ;-) (hint: excellent vegetarian restaurant in Dublin: GLAS). I would have given a 10/10 if the breakfast was more elaborated.

Very delicious breakfast and lovely welcoming staff. Amazing location. The bar was excellent.

The hotel was lovely but on our departure morning we had ordered a cab to the airport but the cab company cancelled our booking and we were not told. So we stood outside waiting for a cab that never came. We should have been informed that the cab had been cancelled. It was not until we made enquiries that we found out it had been cancelled the previous night. Very poor communication. We had to make our own way to the airport luckily managing to hail a cab. We were almost late for our flight. So this tarnished what had been a very enjoyable stay.

It was a 5 star stay with a 1 star ending... The staff were excellent, Steve and his bar team professional and friendly. Lovely young Dutch girl at breakfast deserves a mention. The room was fine, clean and well serviced.

We had to leave early the last morning for our flight home. The alarm call never happened, rushed down to get the pre booked taxi... except that hadn't been booked either.

Location was excellent, quiet but a short walk from Dublin's St. Stephen's Green. The hotel was very clean and the rooms large enough. The staff were very helpful.

I contacted the hotel after I returned to the UK on the day of check-out, gap of c. 8 hours, to say that I had left one or two items in the room and the hotel said they would contact their lost property teams and get back to me. At the time of writing, +5 days, I have received no such correspondence despite sending two chasing emails. Good service shouldn't stop at the point of check-out!

Unfortunately an issue upon check in - the picture (of room) on my confirmation email and what I actually booked was two beds, however upon arrival it was only one bed (I had two children). No one could explain this and unfortunately the hotel then charged me for what they said was an upgrade to a deluxe two bed, which I had actually booked in the first place - but of course they blamed "booking.com" - I was very disappointed that they didn't waiver this, even though I did push this issue and request this twice.
