the best season to take a vacation in Eilat. The hotel has very good breakfast and nice bar

staff is very slow at the reception. the bar tender was busy flirting with some girls instead of serving customers. same behavior was noticed at the pool with the waitress. Management should take some action ASAP

Fabulous hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony area and with tea and coffee and toiletries provided (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, moisturiser). The pool area was amazing and the breakfast was insane, more choice than you could ever possibly need! Only about 10 mins walk to the beach. There are some building works just outside the hotel but once completed the area outside should be nice too and the noise can't be heard from the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Beautiful pool area. Great room with good sized balcony overlooking the pool area. Extensive choice of food for breakfast. Staff extremely helpful.

The sauna and steam room ok. Could be better for a hotel of this standard. The fridge was noisy so I had to unplug it so I could sleep.

I liked the renovated room and it was a corner room leans more spacious than usual.

I didn’t like the music volume in the pool. Too much music, and too loud! I requested the reception twice to lower the music but it did not happen. We went to the sea to seek some quite… other than that all were very nice especially the employees at the dinning room.

The swimming pool is fantastic. a little too cold for us but we got used to it quickly. The breakfasts were huge and delicious as was the one dinner we ate at the hotel. The resort is well set out and easy to move around in.

The pillows are not great which is a pity as the bed itself was excellent. Israelis smoke, alot, and even though there were no smoking signs around the pool that didn’t stop them from smoking anyway. Was not very appealing sitting in the line of cigarette smoke all day.

Beautiful pool and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was very good. Staff is really nice and attentive.

We were here during school holidays so it was busy. Breakfast was super busy. There was enough food and the staff doing their best. A lot of people were blasting their own music on those boomboxes. So it was loud.

we planned a vacation and this one was above and beyond by all means! we were there during covid 19 and the hotel was so clean everyone had to wear masks and even glove during breakfast. we got all we needed from the reception and the service was amazing! we had the room by the water which was so worth it!! you have your own private approach to the pool and you get the most amazing view. the breakfast was 10/10 including chef meals and special dishes and what we liked the most (that wasn't in other hotels) is that we didn't get packed meals due to covid 19, we had an amazing buffet which made us feel like we were having a normal vacation. thank you for everything!

our 'do not disturb' sign wasn't always helpful since the cleaning ladies knocked even when it was there.

Different people staying around us. It was a Arab holiday and the music was so load, and they we’re very load. The room could be a lot bigger. Need to clean the bathrooms better. I cleaned the toilet when I got there. It was not clean or sanitized enough.

stayed only for one night, the room is convenient , quite clean very nice facilities breakfast was good, quite noisy in rush hours, the hotel bar at evening was fun with good music and food- in total great value for money

only downside found is trash can in bathroom was not empty ): a little walk from center but reasonable if it not hot season
