The staff was super friendly and the room was big with plenty of light. The hotel is not new, but well maintained, everything was very clean. There was an in-door parking for Hotel guests, so the car was not hot when I used it. Got 2(!) personal calls from the Hotel manager to make sure that everything was OK. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, both in the wealth of choices and time - they are serving breakfast until 12:00PM which is great! A lot of the facilities are shared with the other Herods Hotels, so you can choose between two swimming pools for example, and there is also a beach that is free to use for Hotel guests. There is also a SPA and a OK equipped Gym if you need it. WiFi was free and available all over the hotel.

Overall experience was great, but if I'm being nit-picky, the cleaning services missed a cup once that was in the balcony, the parking is not card operated, so you need to ping to get the gate open (not a real problem). But these are really minor details.

Everything...!!!!, The Room was Amazing...The Breakfast was Fantastic. The Location was Perfect...!!!, The Hotel Manager Shirly was nothing short of EXTRAORDINARY..!!!! She was WONDERFUL..!!! I now know why this is the highest rated hotel in Eliat. Shirly took the time and stopped what she was doing to make sure my stay was Memorable. Shirly's care for her customers is GENIUNE...!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Herods Boutique. From the time I arrived until I left was FABULOUS..!!!

We had a short gateway in Eilat, single night at the Herods Botique. As we arrived, we were upgraded to a suite. Room was very spacious and comfortable, although it might be considered a bit of old design. We received during our stay a complimentary fruit plate and chocolate. Bottom line - We enjoyed it very much, especially the staff attention and efforts to make us feel good and enjoy our stay.

Nothing substantial, really. The only thing I can think of is suite design.

The room was very clean, spacious enough for us and the view from the balcony was beautiful! The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere in the dining room was very nice.

The indoor parking lot was a little annoying, and sometimes we had to wait until someone left and a space became available. In addition, the pool was too crowded and we did not enjoy it at all.

The breakfast is wonderful - great assortment, fresh and abundant. Thank you to the hotel manager, Shirley, for the unexpected room upgrade. It was a pleasure.

The hotel is "older" and this is evident when looking around. But this did not distract from our enjoyable stay here.

If I could give it 10 stars I would, the staff went above and beyond to give me the perfect stay and much more, even as to give invites to the lounge and spa. The hotel is adjacent to the massive Herods palace and all guests are welcome to use the Herods palace facilities and still the hotel itself is small and intimate, great if you want a quiet stay in a quiet room but still have all of the amenities that a larger and more crowded hotel offers.

It's not the best suited hotel for wheelchair bound due to steps to the reception area and steps to get to Herods palace.

We got an entry to the lounge and the spa facilities without additional fees. Very nice stuff. The room was very clean.

Redesigning of the room could benefit to the atmosphere.

Service and facilities were great. Once we checked in they never stopped exercising the best service. Facilities were great with a great beach belonging to the hotel, a clean and well maintained pool and a Gym with great equipment in it. Food was great. we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel with a great selection in each one. Breakfast is served with a great selection of food at the buffet same wise as dinner. Food was always fresh and tasty.

spacious room, great balcony view but the best part of the stay was the service. warm and welcoming throughout, a credit to the hotel group.

the dinner experience was buffet style which isn’t my favourite type of dining anyway, but there was no music or much atmosphere in the dining areas. food was good quality and plenty of choice. we were not offered any drinks by the staff which made it feel hurried.
