It was clean. Very nice. The staff was very friendly. It was near the things we wanted to do and few restaurants.

The elevators were small, even though it states it fits 8 people. If you have luggage or a huge group, I’d be mindful of this. Also, you need to use the key card to turn on the electricity in the room, including the outlets (if traveling in Brazil, this may be a common occurrence in other hotels) - make sure to charge portable battery packs overnight as you sleep.

The hotel is a bit old but well maintained and in a very good location in th city center. The staff are very helpful specialy Angela, Katarina and Lucas at the reception are super nice and friendly. We were 3 adults and 5 kids; they were very nice. The room is huge and the beds are aso comfy. There is an indoor pool and also a big outside pool with a big slide. Lots of other entertainment available as well. It is a great hotel for family and the staff are so kind and helpful.

Great location with a yummy restaurante right next door and attentive and helpful staff. Really great breakfast. Walking distance from the maim shopping street. We had to check out hours before our bus left and the hotel let us leave our luggage in a safe place at the hotel.

Kinda run down, the energy in the rooms would flutter, the inter room phones didnt work and the elevator was small and slow and usually had a long wait.

Very centrally located, could walk to many eating places and one block from the main shopping avenue! Nice pools, reasonable breakfast, reasonable rooms for the price. Very happy helpful reception staff

One day the maid had no idea of making up a bed, nor cleanliness, however another day another maid was great! Food was a bit pricey, but good.

Very nice pool and comfortable rooms. Price is excellent. Service and staff are helpful. Tour booking agent in lobby is better and less expensive than booking tours on line.

Elevators need upgrading

Localization is privileged in downtown (near everything you may need including the JL mall), lovely and attentive staff, fair fares, pretty good snack bar, wide rooms with a nice shower and furniture in perfect state. Also, decent amenities and silent environment.

The water of the swimming pool was somewhat cloudy, the sauna was quite dirty, the music around the swimming pool was too loud, the gym's air conditioning was not working, the games room was not organized. Those are almost insignificant details if you consider the perfect location, attentive staff and the low fares.

Good location, super comfortable bed, clean.

Shower wasn’t reliable, never in the right temperature and there were leakages.

Location was perfect, food was good.

- Elevators were not working properly so the ones working got super busy. - Too much chlorine in the swimming pool - Coffee at breakfast should improve a looot

We got a big bed & big room with comfortable shower. We love the shower with easy warm water. It was clean. Unfortunately, the staff doesn’t speak English
