i always stay this hotel in my every visit of dubai, easy access to all attractive places and air port

last time i visited they kept 200 AED as security Deposit and they informed me it will be reversed to my credit card which i used to pay ,but still didn't received ,even after couple of month still not received

Rooms, safety for family, friendly staff. Specially room service.

I booked with daily breakfast, but there were just a few options in the buffet , they mainly offer an Indian menu which is not liked by everyone .

location is good and easily accessible. hassle free. rooms are good. nice ambience great staff at the reception. housekeeping staff too were very obliging and courteous

housekeeping standard needs to improve. Towels provided at times have a foul smell and the texture is very rough. The TV in some rooms do have HDMI access. The kettle provided in the rooms are very dirty from the inside. Steel kettles will be recommended avoiding plastic ones. The lobby area is always cluttered with several guests waiting for check-in. The restaurant available at the property is predominantly serving Filipino food. There should be fair mix in the menu.

What I like about this property is, it was very close to the metro station, Restaurent’s and taxis. when you walk out of the hotel you could find anything.

I didn’t like the way the reception is approaching the guests, especially the morning shift. I didn’t find it so friendly.

Staff was very friendly specially Mr SHARAFAT, Mr Saif, Mr Ajinkya, Banday, Mr Tirak And ladies reception staff Filipino, Thy all were very very professional, Nice and friendly

Regarding Internet charges that was really irritating for contacting once by mistake cost you 25 aed which is really really not fair , water bottle should be given free 1.5 liter instead of just half litter, Disco bars Must Must be closed Bkoz Almost every late night people fight which create panic and Bad impression specially for Families, Loud music at Late night also create disturbance,

I arrived around11:30 and received a room, it took me about 10 minutes to check in, he asked me a deposit of AED 200 (it was a policy of the hotel in Booking.com), and fully refunded to me. Check out took only 5 munities. The room was clean and comfortable. mini bar was provided. A nice decoration. I used the pool, and a responsible of the pool provided us with two towels. It was very secure hotel, even nobody can use the elevator without the door key, safe box was provided.

The only thing which I concern about it was (I didn't find a Kid Cartoon TV Channels)

The hotel ambience and hotel is very quiet for both the family and business environment. The staff were so friendly, when I had the issue with booking and cancellation, he was so helpful, I notice the staff has to say hi each moment The restaurant had an amazing buffet, same all week. Thank you for putting a sitting lounge a place I found peaceful for my short business meeting when I need to stay at the hotel Located in a very convinient location near shop, I will book this hotel again and again Loved it 👌🏼 Grace

The last two nights from this day , next door not sure which room a child was crying almost all night, was a little disturbing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the immaculate rooms and well-maintained washrooms to the perfect location. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the hotel's location was ideal.

The only thing I found unsatisfactory was the hotel's policy of providing complimentary Wi-Fi based on the number of guests booked in the room. I believe this approach is not ideal since a single person may have multiple devices. Although they do offer a guest Wi-Fi option, the internet speed on it is quite limited.

they need to mention in booking.com that when we checkin we need to deposit extra amount . it was very hot day I arrived in hotel for checkin staff reception guy ask me to pay 200 aed for security deposit for 2 rooms I told him that I don’t have cash right now can I pay u later once I go outside or u can charge from my card now he said no we need now I already had long flight whole night from Milan Italy to Dubai I’m very tired and it’s 2pm outside temperature is around 45c I have to walk around 5km to withdraw cash from atm as close one atm is not working. reception staff need to cooperate with customers .

I love all in this hotel. I always see this when I'm searching for a place to stay with family but did not book because I was not familiar. But due to limited I chose this hotel in the last minute and wow it exceeded my expectation. The room is clean and ambiance feels home. Thank you so much to Ms. DIANNE of reception for upgrading us and more so, accepting our early check in because we came so early. She was very accommodating and did not took us long to check in. Will surely come back as we always go Dubai during weekends visiting relatives. Recommended this for everyone. Thumbs up!

Just maybe the parking. Its crowded, i mean the space is small.
