Everything was amazing and the staff were so sweet and to be honest the best people we've met in Nagoya! Room was spacious, clean and the hotel is not that far from the subway station 15 minutes (exit 12) To be honest, this hotel is stunning, feel like a 5 stars and the breakfast very delicious you can choose between 3 restaurants :).

To be honest everything was great if I can name one thing it will be the pillows too hard for me but it's subjective

Attention from the staff was amazing. treated like a star from the moment arrived. breakfasts had a very good selection, I went for the Madelaine continental buffet. the waterfall from the breakfast room made such a lovely setting.

The feeling of luxury in this hotel is massive. Wonderful finishings and architecture, the staff is incredible, the best english spoken staff that I have met in Japan so far. The breakfast was good and the location is perfect, near everything for both day and night time

Shopping district and access to the subway is a 10 minute walk away. Wifi access was slow and kept going down. This was eventually fixed by the technical staff who added another router in our room.

Upscale hotel with fancy lobby, lots of brassy trim and decorations that seemed a little dated but still nice.

The naming and description of the rooms that tell you which one is larger, what kind of bed etc is so confusing. I had no idea what I actually booked and why it was costing more or less than the other rooms.

Staff is very attentive. Superb view of the waterfall in the hotel restaurant and excellent fitness facilities. Overall satisfied with my two stays in this hotel.

room size is on a small side, but this is typical for Japan

I like the hotel and the staff were nice , the only thing is if you’re gonna swim you must bring goggles and cap , if not you must rent them there , kids are not allowed to swim … didn’t like that either cause I’m traveling with a toddler , everything else was ok

The staff who can speak English was very helpful since the day I have arrived at the hotel until the day I checked out. He helped me set the navigation system from the hotel to the other hotel. If I have a chance I will come to this hotel again.

We had to shorten our stay to one night when we realised that there is no longer airport bus service! WE stayed in this hotel because of the apt bus service, but this has been discontinued since Covid. Do take note esp if you have old n young traveling together.
