Beautiful hotel and rooms. High standard of cleanliness throughout. Location fabulous as close to all modes of transport including hop on hop off buses. Door staff were particularly amazing and friendly. Loved the many options at breakfast and all the amenities provided in the hotel. Short walking distance to many attractions. Highly recommended.

Our bed configuration was not as we had booked despite the beautiful room. Staff were exceptionally accommodating and kind, and offered us other rooms if we wished to change and a drinks voucher. We informed reception the next morning that we would accept the offer to change, but couldn't until later as had a tour booked, but this may not have been passed on? We were not given a time to change by, but on our return reception staff were visibly annoyed at our 3.30pm return, asking if we had changed our minds? They'd also tried to call us. We were really confused and apologised and packed up our things to change rooms quickly. It just made it rather awkward for the rest of our stay.

The location is fantastic. It is right next to Termini, so there is no problem walking from Termini to the hotel, even with heavy luggage. Termini is also the terminal station for many buses, so you can always hop on a bus to go to different places in Rome, which is often more convenient than the Metro (resulting in less walking). If you are going to the Vatican, for example, taking bus 40 or 64 requires only a 500-meter walk, whereas taking the Metro requires a 1000-meter walk. It is also very convenient to commute by bus to go to the historical centre, where lots of tourist attractions and good restaurants are located.

Noisy, honking all day very busy area, the front of hotel is located adjacent to the main Roma central’s train station. Dont recommend going out the front at night after 8-9 pm, full of homeless, crack heads, and shady characters lounging around station. Use the back entrance of hotel to avoid Unsafe and smelly situations. Police was on 24 hour patrol in that area all night every night. The back side of hotel is a nicer area.

The service was 100% which is the most important as a hotel could be 5*, but if the service is not great, you will not be happy. The staff were always ready to help us if needed and make recommendations for dinner in the area. The breakfast had a variety of foods and coffee was amazing. The service was also fast, and the staff adhered to all of our requests. The rooms were very very very very comfortable, especially the pillows, everything smelt so fresh.

The location is next to the station, so full of people sleeping on the streets, smelling of urine and rats however this is just Rome for you. They charge for drinks minutes after breakfast finishes which is quite fair, however would have been nice to have been informed when ordering that we would be charged.

We stayed at the hotel in Rome for 6 days. Comparing the other hotel I stayed in Firenze, of course, there is a difference between a 5-star and a 4-star, but the satisfaction level is so high that NH Collection is considered the best choice for my trip to Italy. Also we especially appreciate the professional and friendly response of staff Febrovia at the reception desk. If I travel to Italy in the future, I have no doubt that I will choose NH Collection again.

Rooftop terrace was closed - this was the only reason we booked this hotel, yet the other Nh collection hotel roof top was open! area - not very nice. Not any nice restaurants or cafes nearby There are a lot nicer hotels to book so would not recommend based on the above

The closeness to Roma Termini is incredible! And the hotel shows how beautiful it is to be in Rome and see the ancient ruins. Both day and night

Unfortunately the problem of pigeons in the outside veranda is a problem to be solved. They have an amazing breakfast to be consumed outside but as soon as a person leaves the table, pigeons starts to dine in big groups!

We booked the Premium Double with Terrace. The room was spacious and we loved the outside terrace. The bathroom was updated and modern, the shower was perfect. The breakfast offered each day was delicious and we appreciated it. The hotel staff was superb. I called front desk serveral times, once for shower repair, cushions on the outside chairs, more bottle water. The response was immediate, within minutes staff appeared and fixed the issue.

A bit disappointed with the Rooftop Terrace, it was bland, no food offered and the large space was not utlized to its full benefit. It was nice but fell short.

Loved the location. So close to Termini Station. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Staff organised taxi’s for us and a lady named “Nice” gave us a quick run down of how to get around Rome and to see all the top attractions and everything she said was so helpful. Unfortunately, all staff were great except for one lady as we were checking out. She’s a let down. Didn’t ask how our stay was and had the worst attitude. Quite sad for all the other staff who are so great and positive energy.
