Location was great from Termini Station and can get to all the main points of interest on foot. Room was fairly big and bathroom large. Excellent breakfast and facilities to leave luggage when checking in early.

The bin hadn't been emptied in the bathroom (wouldn't be so bad but contained sanitary items). Air conditioning unit only worked from reception - so in room couldn't switch on or off or change temperature.

Roberto Angiuoni was especially helpful and friendly. We very much appreciated being able to check in early so we did not have to find a place to store our luggage. When we needed directions and help, he went above and beyond in recommending transportation, stores, tourist sites/destinations and restaurants.

Location is great. Breakfast was plentiful. Single room was small but had everything you need.

The heat and air conditioner are controlled by a wall unit that is apparently turned on seasonally. My room was very stuffy, so I asked if they could turn on the wall unit- which they did, but it was turned on to heat and then continued to run hot air. The end result was to make it less stuffy but very hot in my room!

Location is great, staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and suited it's purpose. Overall we could not fault the hotel. Bathroom was very clean and has shower gel and soap. Bedroom was a good size again very clean and tidy.

If I was being really picky I would say the breakfast is slightly limited but there was plenty of food. The area is close to the station and the closer you walk towards the station the more homeless are around which can be a little intimidating.

The central location near to Rome's Terminal Station and associated underground plus being within 1/2 walk of most of the main attractions eg Forum, Coliseum Trevi fountain. The hotel is tasteful appointed and comfortable. throughout . Checking-in and out a pleasure. Knowledgeable staff willing to share local knowledge to ensure you enjoy the best Roman experience.

Room could have been larger.. Bar could not serve a glass of wine (we would have had to buy a bottle).

great location! lovely staff that provided information about where to eat and how far it is to the tourist attractions. The room was tiny but exactly what I needed for my short stay. Large bathroom.

I only stayed two nights.. would have told staff if I was there longer. but strange noises occurred in my room sounded like water leaking. Found out it was the fridge making the most noise so unplugged that.. but there was something coming from the aircon. was annoying. Could hear all the noise from upstairs too. But didn’t care was lovely staying here

The taxi man ordered by the concierge tried charging me 70 euros for a trip to the airport even though its meant to be a flat rate of 50 euros. Was super pushy, was able to pay him 55 euros so I could get my luggage and checkin. Hopefully a different taxi is ordered when you stay as it's tricky being a solo female traveller.

The service started initially when I booked the hotel and I got response to my questions through the chat very quickly, arriving at the hotel it was kindness and attention from the beginning toll the end of the service. They have a luggage room for you if you arrive to early, they are flexible in the checkin and checkout time if possible. The location is just amazing as it is 3 minutes walking from the Termini Roma station, it can not get better. The breakfast is amazing, the coffee you loke, the croissant is the best ever and the attention to the customer is spotless. Room is cleaned, amazing shower, big smart TV and great air-conditioning. Thanks to the hotel team!

I really liked the staff because they were friendly and helpful. Hotel location was perfect too.

I didn't like the room because when we booked it I read thet it's going to be street view and in the picture of the room you could see that it's going to be very bright there. But when we got there I saw that the room wasn't the same as in the picture and I we really hoped the street view.

the room was a perfect size, we had a triple room with only 2 of us so really spacious. the wall from Rome Termini took about 2 mins, we walked everywhere easily. very clean and convenient lift for taking your luggage to your room.

the side street leading to it was off putting as it was so dirty with so much litter. don’t let that put you off though as the hotel was lovely
