We were delighted with our staying at Milani hotel for various reasons: Staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive, making excellent recommendations for places to visit, eat local food, drink quality spritzers. Room was warm, quiet and very clean. Breakfast was varied with plenty of options such as eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, cakes, pastries, fruit, coffee etc to choose from. Location within walking distance from Termini station. Myself and me friends have truly enjoyed our staying at Milani Hotel and would strongly recommend it.

Air con in the room did not work more than a few minutes at a time and it became too hot in the room at night.

The breakfast was out of expectations. And the beds and staffs were very friendly.

The lock of the toilet was malfunctioned, and the shower area was a bit too small. Toilet flushes were weak. There were too less electric plug for charging.

I think the most notable thing about this lovely hotel is the friendly and helpful staff - I asked for so many things and they were so kind to accommodate - they got me a kettle, and iron, fixed my safe, and brought hot water when I didn't know I could ask for a kettle! I don't get why people say the decor looks outdated, I thought it was lovely, especially the breakfast room.

I would've liked the kettle to be there from the outset! The AC wouldn't really turn off - I'd turn it off and it'll go on again in a minute, I would've liked to enjoy the window open a little more. The door is a little thin, but it didn't bother me too much. Overall, genuine hospitality at it's finest.

Great location, delicious breakfast and amazing staff. Our stay despite some small details was really enjoyable. Me and my girlfriend had some of the best days in Rome. Didn't spend too much time at the hotel, but it had everything we needed. One night we wanted to make some tea in our room so the staff on reception gladly gave us a kettle. Room was clean and warm.

Some small details could be improved. I would say the biggest issue would be the soundproofing of the door. We could hear literally everyone in the hall like they were inside our room. Other datails were not that serious. Ofc, if you're there to look for issues, you're gonna find some, but we enjoyed our stay :)

really close to the termini station so that was the biggest advantage. not that big of a room but it was enough for us . They had a couple of things to fix in our room like an outlet that was like out of the wall so we ask for them to fix it and they did it in a couple of hours. The girls in the reception was really nice and gave us a really good recommendations for restaurants around

the only thing is that the ac didn’t really work and it was so hot outside, and you can’t change the temperature by yourself you need to ask the reception to lower it .

Fantastic location, 2 mins walk from Termini and easy to find. All staff very kind and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the wait staff at breakfast were not only easy on the eye, but very professional and eager to serve (which you don't always find). The TV had many options for the kids and channels in other languages. The mattress and shower were the best I've experienced in Italy! Lots of dining options around the hotel, and I felt safe walking to them alone with young kids, despite being so close to Termini station and its nightly wonders.

The toilet flush was not very strong (room 309). It was still usable, but we began to throw our toilet paper into the trash instead of flushing it as I didn't want the hassle of having to solve the problem of a blocked toilet. Not a major issue, but it couldnt be fixed to improve comfort overall.

The hotel is on the prefect location next to Termini Station and very close to the main attractions. The staff at the reception was so helpful and positive. There is a parking right up front the hotel on the blue zone and is not expensive for a big city like Rome. The private parking though next to the hotel is an expensive one. The room was great, clean, comfy, quiet and stylish. The restaurant and the breakfast buffet were on the next level though, interior was with great style and taste, so original and very clean and sophisticated. The breakfast was above expectations, very rich and delicious buffet with sweets, Italian desserts and drinks. The food was so delicious! We also loved the outside terrace, so unique and beautiful. I have to mention the staff at the breakfast, so neat, so Italian, always with a smile on their face and were very very helpful and kind. All was perfect:)

There is not a single thing we didn't like. Great value for money. Perfect experience!
