The Location is right next to the Rome Centrale station. Very convenient. There are 2 rooms at the entrance of the building, I would avoid those 2 rooms at all cost as it is a fairly big hotel and it would be noisy. My room with double bed upstairs was nice and quiet. Space isn't big but considering it is in Rome, I had no problem. Everything is alittle small but that didn't bother me. Breakfast was quiet good as well. For being in Rome and for the price, cannot really complain. I would not stay in this area though in the future visit because area looks rough and abit far from the centre. For men no problem, I would worry if you are female travelling. All in all, I was really happy at Lazio.

Location, location. Very easy to reach from Termini train station , 2 min walk , and convenient to get to the Metro. Bag storage was really convenient. We use it before and after check out. Breakfast 8 euro definitely worth it . Anywhere close by was so much more money for less food. The breakfast options were good . Staff very nice especially Lidia. Loved the stay we will come back and recommended. If you are looking for a decent , clean place to sleep without the fuss and big luxury, way cheaper than the old city highly recommended.

Rooms need to be updated. Kinda old , but are very clean. No funny smells.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a great location close to transport and easy to get to many of the sites. The breakfast was good although there were problems every day with the coffee machine.

The coffee machine at breakfast didn't work very well and ran out of water and milk. Otherwise our stay was very comfortable. I do think the towels shouldn't be changed every day if they are clean, nor the soap if it is still usable - it is not very environmentally friendly.

Easy access to the train station (Termini). Pretty comfortable for a short trip.

It’s in need of a remodel. Very old furniture etc. and has no air conditioning. It was very warm in Rome at the time so it was hot in the room at night.

The location is right across the street from Rome Termini and close to everything. The staff was pleasant. The room met our expectations. It was comfortable and clean.

The bathroom was very small and a little tight for moving around. The shower was particularly small.

Great location, right near the termini station! Plenty of food around.

There was no hot water in my shower, making it super uncomfortable. Reception wasn’t always in a greeting mood.
