The location, the staff, the room size

It’s a new property so it was a bit dusty, the works are continuing to get the hotel finished

The location was great for us, walking distance from the train station. The hotel is new and modern. The room was very clean and had everything we need. The staff, especially Vladimir, was very friendly and recommended nice restaurants and places to visit. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Nothing really except for the AC. They have an eco-friendly airconditioning system that turns off once the desired temperature is reached and turns on again as soon as the room gets warmer. I think this idea is great but unfortunately for me, I would sense this and it woke me up when it turns off and because I was already sweating by the time it turns on again but that's just me because I'm very sensitive to changing temperature during sleep. Too bad this feature cannot be turned off though.

Location was great if you are transiting through Rome, an easy and quick walk from Roma Termini. The hotel is very new so everything was new and clean, shower was great, air con worked well and bed was comfortable. They also offer some juice, coffee and packaged pastries in the mornings. I never heard any noise from other rooms, just some noise from the hallway.

There was nothing in the room to explain how to use anything or whether the water in the fridge was free etc. The wifi password was not written anywhere but I eventually figured out to turn on the TV and it is on the home screen. There were hairs on one of the towels provided, luckily I only needed to use one! Not much space in the room I had, it was fine for me but if there were 2 people there'd be nowhere to open your luggage (but normal for a city centre hotel room!)

The staff were very informative and helpful. The location is central and very close to terminal. Bed very comfortable. Shower powerful and hot water, fridge in room with chilled water.

No facility to make tea or coffee. Coffee machine in reception wasn’t working on our last day. Breakfast offering very limited to biscuits and one prepackaged croissant.

Rooms are either renovated or new, clean and modern. Convenient location and hotel has a lift.

There is no tea or coffee in the room, no kettle, no glass. The coffee is served on the ground floor from 7-11 am only. There was no shower gel, only shampoo in the shower room. When I requested a small tooth paste, it was not available either.

The location is perfect! The staffs are helpful! Even though the room is tiny, it sounds perfect for us! They also provide coffee machine in the lobby (for free) and snacks and juice (in the morning).

It will be perfect if they have USB ports and the windows can't be opened (but it doesn't bother us as the air-conditioner is workable)

Perfect location for a night or 2 before leaving Rome to your home land .. only 2 minutes walk to the main train station which connect you to the airport and the rest provinces and city of Italy .. I highly recommended it if you wanna rest before going to airport.. it is brand new and very clean with smiling staff all the time

The hotel is a 2 mins walk to the main train station (Roma Termini). The station has good connections for the FCO Airport. The room was very clean.

There is a €6 daily charge for staying in a hotel in Rome.

Clean and nice rooms. Very helpful and polite staff. Okay and pretty quiet location.

The hotel is new and still under construction. Not ready to be opened, but it’s not that big of a deal.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It’s perfect for short trips and solo travelers. The location is very convenient since it’s only 3-4 mins walking distance from Roma Termini.

The rooms are pretty small that’s why it won’t be very convenient for long stays. But the rest was fine.
