The breakfast was very good. Staff all spoke English and worked hard to ensure you had a good stay with them. The hotel is very close to the train station (a few blocks) but far enough away to not be bothered by the crowds. The hop on/hop off tours start near the train station. There are a number of restaurants, a grocery store and a taxi stand within walking distance.

There are a few homeless people who sleep on a grassy area not too far from the hotel. But they seemed to go elsewhere during the day and were never a problem when we would walk to dinner at night.

The location is perfect both for travelling from/to airport and visiting attractions, e.g. Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon. Everyting is 20 min of walk. The room is small, but you ger everything you need- fridge, safe, a/c, hair dryer, tea bags, coffee capsules, spoons, forks etc. The bad is large and mattress is firm (I personally liked it). Breakfast: It’s perfect for those, who likes bakery most.

The location is amazing, right next to the termina station. So easy to get around from there and to the airport. Staff were very helpful and the room was super spacious for all our suitcases too!

We are a young couple and this was perfect location because everything to see is in 20-30min distance. We never even used the metro or buses. Our room was clean and tidy, reception was nice and available 24/7 for help and recommendations. We did’t use the included breakfast, but we ate in their bakery and drank their espresso and everything was delicious! All members of the staff were very polite.

Sound isolation could be a potential small issue - not from the outside but from the inside, other rooms. In our case it was very very insignificant issue, but maybe it could be a bigger one if other guests are loud

A great location for exploring Rome, at a reasonable price, chosen specifically to be close to Termini. Lovely staff. Really enjoyed breakfast, just sitting with a coffee and cornetto chilling (didn't need the buffet breakfast).

Slept poorly (in wonderfully comfortable bed) because I was just too hot. I think air con was off for the winter? Stayed in room 507 and my husband who is quite a large man (and has had a stroke) struggled to get in and out shower as the entry gap was narrow and no handrails. Would not put me off returning, for pure convenience.

In my first review I was quite disappointed with the attitude of the staff during my stay at this hotel. The service did not meet my expectations, and it affected my overall experience. Follow-up Review: After my initial review, I received a response from the hotel manager, who was very understanding and offered me a complimentary room upgrade for my next stay. I appreciate the thoughtful gesture and the willingness to address my concerns. I absolutely loved Rome, and I’m excited to return this autumn. I’m curious to see if my previous experience was just a one-time occurrence. Looking forward to giving the hotel another chance.

We were greeted by a young receptionist who seemed annoyed that we had come to her hotel. I got a room on the 1st floor and politely asked if it could be on a higher floor. Without even checking the computer, she replied that it wasn’t possible. I stayed on the 1st floor in a poorly soundproofed room.

Excellent customer service, good location, good food and hotel is responsive to customer’s needs. On our way to Rome, I sent a message to the hotel requesting for early check-in. My spouse slipped in a coffee shop in Naples and was in pain. The hotel made the room available within 30 minutes after we arrived (which was 5 hours before check in time). They also provided us a an ice pack and food & drinks in the fridge. On top of that, they upgraded our room… Although we missed our scheduled tours for the day, hanging out in the hotel was not bad at all.

Super convenient location a few minutes walk away from Termini station. The area around the hotel isn’t a bad location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, partly what made this a 5-star review. Every staff member I interacted with was great. The room was super spacious and clean. Very quiet and no audible noises from outside or the hallway. Had a mini fridge and good working a/c. Plenty of towels. Huge shower with awesome water pressure. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was really nice. A good amount of vegetarian options too.

The elevators were operated by touchscreens and on a few occasions I had issues calling the elevator to the floor I was on (fortunately there are two elevators and when I had a problem with one button, the other elevator’s buttons usually worked)

What a great experience! We went to celebrate my birthday in Rome, and when we entered the room there were balloons on the bed, a bottle of sparkling wine and a sweet dessert in the fridge, and a greeting card. So heartwarming! The hotel staff were so kind, charming and pleasant. The hotel itself is in an excellent location - 5 minutes walk from Termini station. The rooms are very spacious, modern and quiet, the bed is very comfortable, and the shower is very spacious and enjoyable.

If I could give a higher score - I would.
