Hotel Indipendenza is an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a clean and convenient place to stay. Located close to the train station, it offers easy access to public transportation, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The rooms are basic but well-maintained, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay. One of the standout features of the hotel is its rooftop area. It's a lovely spot to relax after a day of sightseeing, offering pleasant views of the surrounding area.

Noise from the hallway can be heard inside the rooms, which might disturb light sleepers. Additionally, the lift is quite squishy and tricky to operate, which could be inconvenient for those with lots of luggage or mobility issues.

Great location near the railway station and within walking distance of all major attractions. Accommodation was very comfortable and met all our needs. The hosts were lovely and so welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable, particularly when industrial action by rail staff disrupted our travel plans. We had no issues but note the hotel is on the 5th floor and accessible via a small vintage elevator or stairs!

Nothing not to like.

It was located steps away from the Roma Terminal. Lots of restaurants and stores near by. Great communication with hosts. I really appreciated the host communicating before my arrival and providing with specific instructions on how to get to the place. It just made it easy for us to arrive late at night. The room is simple and clean. The room was very cold but they had a heater which helped.

The property is very well located , and very clean! The terrace is a very good addition. You can have breakfast , or chill in the evening there. The receptionist is helpful and also allowed us to leave our bags after check out. You can use extras like kettle with coffee and tea, fridge, iron .

The duvet and the pillows can be renewed , they were clean but rather old.

Very nice personnel, no problems with late check in. The room was clean and nice. We had everything we needed. Very good location, 5 min walk from the nearest metro station, 6 min to Termini station. There are quite a few grocery shops nearby as well as many nice restaurants. The terrace was also a nice addition.

The walls are quite thin and because of that you can hear your neighbours which can be a bit annoying.

I had a great experience staying in the hotel.... it is very close to the shops,bar, public transport. The rooms are warm and accommodating with a very nice roof top but it was not set I think its due to season. Everything was just excellent

I liked everything,

The location is very close to Roma Termini (5-minutes) walk. I like that we were able to self check in at 3am. I was surprised that the room and bathroom is really clean for a 1 star hotel. It smells clean too. They also cleaned the room while we were out. The bed and pillows are comfy. The air conditioning is cold.

The towel is rough and not absorbent. The shower head splashes water on all sorts of direction lol. The area is quiet at night but rooms are not soundproof, you can hear people in the corridor and next hear next room flushing their toilet. You will be tired exploring all day so I think you should still be able to sleep peacefully. We did.

The terrace was great for evening talks. The bed was comfortable, despite I have back problems. The accommodation was clean. Location is very good (Termini is next street, restaurants, groceries in the street). The owner/staff was friendly.

The bathroom was mediocre and it was small, but no real problems.

It was perfect! The staff was very nice and assisted me anytime i needed them , the beds were very comfortable and thr location is awesome (3 minytes walk from Roma termini). They even told me that i had access to the rooftop and i didn't miss this opportunity hahah it was really great to see a part of Rome from above! Big thanks!

The hotel was excellent, great location, just a few minutes from Roma Termini, lots of places to eat at nearby, Conad supermarket, etc. Room itself was really clean and tidy with a beatiful terrace to lounge at. The host was super friendly, helpful and resourceful. Loved it here.
