pools, room, kids zone and beaches are really good

terrible restaurante service. you need to change everyone in the Cafe de La playa ASAP. Specially the manager that wasn’t friendly, never smile and was rude to his team (specially the ladies). at some point there was around 8/9 waiter and less full tables. number of people was always ideal, bad management of process, station preparation, training and lack of good leadership seem the issues. Quality of the food was variable. Hacienda was the only one good. Cocoa average Edgar from the Lê Buffet was the only great waiter in my stay at the hotel. Hope this helps 🙏🏻

Lots of pools and kids activities. Unfortunately the dinosaur river was closed but looked excellent. Good access to bars for drinks and snacks without having to go back inside. The coffee shops are a nice touch all covered under the all inclusive

Queues queues queues. Mexicans are a pretty laid back nation and this is reflected in the time it takes to get anything. Stood for twenty minutes for a burger and hot dog. Had to queue for all buffet meals and the a la carte meals whilst good quality needs a think about how these are booked. Stood in a queue for twenty minutes just to book a slot for later that evening. As per many of the other reviews in its prime I bet this place was excellent but it's starting to look a little dated.

I really enjoyed the live music events in the evenings. The restaurant "The White Box" has a great dinner menu and accepts children.

There could have been more high quality dinner options at restaurants that would not be "adults only".

Stuff was very welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. Pools were big and not crowded. Food was amazing

The check in was terrible, it took us an hour and half to check in then we were told to wait for another 30 minutes to get the key. We received the key after 4 pm.

Resort near to beach, beach and pool and area near by clean . Room ok , not always make very clean and from time to time lack of towels and water in fridge . Breakfast , lunch , meals in generally ok , service good of course some of service people better and more attentive than others to our needs . special thanks to waiter Abimael which served us many times with big attention.

Resort and beach nice and good but can be done more in water where is only a small area to swim and stay without alga ... Then ,somehow after lunch, water become dirty and not looks good at all , but I do not see if hotel can improve this... Another big issue in our opinion is that too many restaurants from resort DO NOT ACCEPT dinner with child over 12 years .. which we really did not find over the world, mainly in a resort which is promoted as " family Resort" for this reason we, as adults we were restricted for making reservation for dinner in these restaurants - meaning we have lost a service for which we have paid like others without children....

I like the pools and outdoor of hotel I like the Bars and restaurants and coffee shops. The lobby has good small when I entered and I like it.

The bathroom of hotel room was not very well because warm water and cold water in bathroom was only cold or only hot water it was doesn’t on the middle temperature of water. The elevator was warm and scary and one time dos’t worked well and we went to stairs. The night club speakers was not working well and was not set up well, the sound was bothering us and I liked the singer when she sang but I had to leave the nightclub only for bad sound of speakers. The lobby needs more sofa and chairs for people and that stone platform was not comfortable.

right on the beach, restaurants and bars were great. the staff works extremely hard.

the original room we were in had water damage and water dripping from bathroom ceiling. Staff moved us to a suite for adults only. wonderful experience. there should be an ATM in the hotel in order to get pesos for tips and excursions. I would have given a 10 but on out first day one of the staff members was not nice when I asked her a question.

The room is very comfortable, good and varied food from the restaurants, good pools and different shows at night

The staff were very friendly and assisted with any questions. The food was amazing 👏. The open bar was excellent. The pool was nothing like I have ever been . The pirate ☠️ boat ride was lovely. All of us were very happy and it was worth every minute. Wish we had more time but will be back again.

Checking took a bit too long. They should automate the process using tablet or touch screen and get rid of paperwork. Calling front dest took too long. Waited over 30 minutes on the phone to get hold of someone. Some facilities need upgrades, but overall was very good.
