The pool and beach were amazing. I liked that it was a private beach and only people from the resort were on it. There were 3 different pools and these were all family friendly. There was also an explorer’s club for the kids which I took my older child to a couple of times and he enjoyed it. They had an activity every night which was nice for those who wanted to stay up. The location was so beautiful and nice. The food was delicious, particularly in world cafe where they had something for everyone. I will definitely go back again with the kids. It was quite nice and they had fun.

I wish they had an actual playground were kids could play on separate from the one in the explorers club which was more a playground in the pool. The other playground was quite small and on the beach so if you wanted to take the kids to the playground it was either in the pool or on the beach. I wish they had a playground in a garden but I am guessing they have their reasons. Also I think a drink menu will help the staff as they didn’t know many drinks so we were stuck ordering the same drinks over and over. When we found a drinks menu and ordered a non alcoholic cocktail the waitress brought an alcoholic cocktail as she was not familiar with the drink.

A beautiful resort with a lovely, luxurious feeling room. The gardens, beach and pool areas were really clean and well kept. We enjoyed being able to get bbq food, or simple sandwiches and snacks during the day as well as having access to full meals at lunch time. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and it was a really relaxing break.

Although the queue moved fairly quickly, there was always a queue at the buffet style restaurant, especially at breakfast which made it feel a little hectic. All the other restaurants we ate at were lovely.

I like that I was treated like vip because I booked the perferred club swim out room. You had access to the premium alcohol, and private beach area. The spa was beautiful. It was an all inclusive breakfast,lunch and dinner. They had entertainment up until 1am. It was really a beautiful resort. The servicers was excellent and very friendly. I was able to book excursion with no problem. Room service was available all night. I wish I was able to stay longer.

I didn't like that it was 1 hour to 2 hours away from cancun airport. The room was very clean except for the Mosquitoes. I had to ask for bug spray to kill them. I didn't realize when I booked perferred club that it was a time share location to purchase vacations and had to do the presentation during my stay. The food was ok.

We loved the convenience of everything being available in one place!

We felt the upgrade to "preferred" for top shelf alcohol wasn't really worth it since we could only get it at 2 places on the resort and one closed at 5. We thought we would get the choice to have upgraded alcohol anywhere we went on the resort and that wasn't the case.

The food. Also, I didn't realize it was seaweed season. The group did not have the same experience from room to room. The spacing and air condition was inconsistent.

The amenities and the staff were exceptional. Our concierge Francisco was very attentive.

The only drawback was the restroom in the Bordeaux restaurant need some updates..it was not up to par with the others on site. One set of beds in the Preferred area on the beach needed to be replaced..appeared to have mold.

I love the general feel and landscape of the property, the pool was great, the beach was great, the lower staff member are very helpful, but upper management sucks.

I didn't like the upper management staff, they have no respect for their guests, I hate the food, it's the same menu items pretty everyday, the liquor was very water down and they were very tingy on the only thing I wanted to drink which was the belly's rum cream. You could always do better with the music, too much Spanish, mix it up because the guests are of different cultural background. The same for staff members, they need to have more English speakers working there, especially the front desk where English speakers need clear and understanding communication.
