We were amazed by the hotel “DoubleTree by Hilton Łódź”. The hotel was very modern, stylish and very comfortable. Also we were very satisfied with room equipment - nice bathroom, spacious room and luxurious-feeling hotel premises. There were also amazing breakfast - starting with a smiling miss who prepared selected coffee, a great selection of food for breakfast, a machine for preparation of fresh juice, vege burgers, etc. The staff were very kind, helpful and also smiling. After check out, you were able to pay parking directly on the parking gate when exiting the garage. Highly appreciate this experience and looking forward to another experience. I am highly recommending this hotel!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wide range of food and drinks at the breakfast buffet. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and very quiet, excellent for a good night sleep. Close to the city center, very convenient. Plenty of Horeca available within a short distance.

In this hotel the exceptional and what exceeded my expectations was the rich breakfast. I'm vegan and was very positively surprised from the vegan options for the breakfast. Also the rest of the breakfast buffet was big, with a variaty of options, but for me most important was the vegan menu. Usually I eat fruits for breakfast in the hotels, because there are not vegan options. The receptionist welcomed us with fresh hot cookies, this was also a nice surprise. The hotel is very clean, new, modern style.

The building exterior and lobby and offcourse the top pool as very nice design and fill. The interior pool is in the last top floor with panoramic view to the city and big park, its realy nice and open till late hour, that's very big plus for me.. Very wide and comfortable bads, nice breakfast , If you cross the road you can take a walk in nice park.

The hotel is approximately 1 km away from the main Street, for most points of travel you need to take taxi- its not expansive but its too far to walk mostly, you are a little bit out side from main happening, for good and for bad . The water temperature in the Bath is only too hot or even more hot to choose from, so you can't get colder water at all in the bath.. Stuff treat nice for sure, but could be more flexible.

Everything. We were very pleased with our stay in this hotel. Starting from an excellent design to quality of the finish: very spacious room, actually the most quiet room in our 45+ years of hotel experiences - feels very very private and relaxing, excellent bathroom, wifi. We used outside parking and underground garage as well - all fine. Great, very nice, relaxing swimming pool at the top with brilliant panorama, small but OK gym - all very easy to get to. Amazing breakfast - too good for slimming-down people!, great choice and big + for a chance of self-made vegie-fruit juice. Staff - most helpful and with a very positive attitude. Busy hotel but in a nice - not intimidating way. We have also tried the local restaurant - top class! Excellent location. We were born in Lodz and lived there for 30 or so years, and it was our first hotel-stay in this city. Therefore we were a bit apprehensive about what may expect, but it was a great experience - one of the best hotels on an absolute scale. We will stay there anytime we are in Lodz.

A really wonderful stay. The room was very lovely, spacious and with top cleanliness, the beds really comfortable, luxury bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with a big choice of dishes. Coffee and Tea in the room as accessories to the kettle and a bottle of water for free too. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the city center. They have a big paid private parking, but it's possible to find places in the nearby streets too. Upon arrival we were given a delicious cookie as a welcome gift and another pleasant thing is fresh lemonade available for customers for free. This shows customer care and it is very welcome. When in Łódź we'll surely come back.

very clean, really huge bed, very nice breakfast(many options), quite good gym and spa area. in gym also separate lockers with towels, shower. pleasant staff.

we came from the long trip by car and in reservation was written that room is with additional noise proof but unfortunately it was really loudly at 12 at night. somewhere in a hote music was playing really loud and we could even feel the bass of the music. in the restaurant diary of all we waited for menu 15 min and then 60 min for the food.

the hotel exudes a certain class that I feel very comfortable with. In all respects it gives peace and facilities are very good (swimming pool, room, breakfast, staff). This hotel is my favorite in Woods (Lodz) I was on a business trip and then i always book this Hotel :-). price / quality ratio very good

Nice hotel, fresh and comfortable. The location is very convenient: next to the park and not far from the pedestrian zone. The hotel has good, fast internet. The room is well equipped and comfortable. The bed is big with good mattress and pillows. The service is excellent. I would especially like to mention the administrator Karolina. The spa area is very good. The breakfast is very good. A variety of dishes, fruits, drinks. Everything is very delicious.

I travel quite a lot, and I can state that definitely this was the best breakfast I have ever gotten! A huge variety of products, everything super-fresh and delicious. Just loved it!!! Apart from that ... everything was great: very nice, professional staff, tidy rooms, swimming pool with a view :)

The swimming pool was very crowded Sat evening, not a good time for a swim then. Also, it was quite difficult to set the right temperature in the room. When the sun was shining, our AC was set to the min of 19C and still, the temperature in the room exceeded 26C. In March! I dread to think how hot it gets in summer...
