We choose the Suite Junior Option, with a partial view of the sea from our bedroom and leaving room, nevertheless, it was amazing from the balcony. The Hotel is very well located, all of the rooms have a balcony to sea or city view, but they make good use of sun exposure. From the room nothing to the point, very comfortable bed with all the facilities needed for a short stay. The breakfast is very interesting, typical continental breakfast that you can find from 4 to 5-star hotels. The pool, is an interesting place, panoramic view at the 16th level (top floor) with Gym and Turkish Bath. Very clean place, with very friendly staff. When it comes to the food, we didn't use the option to eat at the Hotel restaurant, but from the photos and Menu, they're presenting fine dining options. For people that would like to eat outside, they are plenty of options, closer to the Hotel, in the center of town, or at the beach.

Drawbacks. I think the 10€ for the car parking lot, is very high for a half season. You have plenty of options outside next to the hotel for free. There is an option thru their website, that option for free. The pool is a very interesting concept, but quite short for the capacity of the guests. Needs also some maintenance due to the steam of the heat.

Double room with double bed was very spacious. A table with to chairs and a small fridge. Silent and blackout curtains. The bed was nice with good madress and two pillows in diffrent heights. Parking in low season was available all day for free in the streets.

The toilet was not flushed when we came. And the shower curtain smelled old. One of the towels had a brown little stain on it. We could not find any bar on the upper floor as it said in the elevator. Pool was ok but it was mandatory with flip flops and hair cap. Hair cap was available for 3.50€

Tiago and Joana at the Front Desk were so gracious and helpful! The room (707) was so spacious and had the most beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel is located right opposite the ocean and the boardwalk, and yet it is only a short and inexpensive taxi ride from other parts of Figueria da Foz. I had a wonderful relaxing stay, and enjoyed the fitness area, where you will find a Turkish sauna, a gym and an indoor pool.

The view, the beach, the pool on 16th floor is amazing. The breakfast was delicious, two bathrooms in the family room are great. Amazing dinner and wine. We parked on the street and it was very safe.

The beach is far (hotel is in the first row from the sea, but the architecture of the city moved the housing a bit far), eggs at breakfast were premade and not really tasteful. We loved the fresh juices and pastries. Some areas feel a bit outdated, but very well maintenances and clean.

Great room, good view, comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Only had dinner one night of our stay but the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Dining room staff were very attentive. Parking facilities in the underground garage. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the town. The city park and municipal market are good places to visit.

Arrived to find the hotel was hosting a conference. They closed the restaurant to guests not attending the conference which was annoying. It is unacceptable to deny other paying guests the use of the advertised dining facilities without providing alternative arrangements. It was raining and we had to go out to eat. Having a good restaurant was one of our considerarion when choosing this hotel. My point is, the conference must have been arranged some time in advance. The hotel should have pre notified us so we had the option of choosing another hotel. I received a message before arrival stating, amongst other things, the restaurante opening times.

Our stay was pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the top floor pool with ocean and city views. Enjoyed a superb massage at the spa. Breakfast was a highlight, offering an excellent of a variety of foods. Parking was included in our stay. Bike rentals are possible.

Too far from the town center. Though there are a few descent restaurants close by, staying closer to the town would have suited us better.

The room we got was perfect for us three. There’re even two bathrooms which was a huge surprise. The staff are the best! Especially the girl in the gym, so cute and sweet, always ready to help. The staff in the restaurant are also very kind, they helped us to surprise my friend in her birthday. Last year we celebrated her birthday in another Eurostar hotel, which was a way worse experience. This Eurostar has changed our impression about this hotel group. By the way, the hotel restaurant worth a try. The food and service are of five stars, while the price is just average. Remember to book earlier because it’s always full!

Nice view, lovely breakfast, great setting with quick connections to the city. The staff is nice and makes your stay very pleasant, we felt well taken care off.

Some of the furniture was a little bit outdated, the tap in the bathroom was leaking, the shower rail wasn't fixed to the wall properly, the silicone wasn't well maintained and the internet was very slow. All in all an average accommodation but the rest of the experience (food, service, view, location) were great!

the swimming pool is great with a superb view. family rooms are over two room which is really nice ☺️ with a shower room and and bathroom too. balcony was really spacious and had a lovely view. plenty of room, very comfortable to seat and relax.

the room is in parts a little bit run down. the sofa bed was not very comfortable. the steam room could do with some maintenance too.. it has some marks in the ceiling.

The location was excellent - right on the sea front. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant including storing our bicycles securely for us. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with a fantastic selection of food. Beds were comfy and room was large and airy with a nice balcony with sea view

It was a little bit pricey but this was probably because we stayed on a Saturday night.
