A lovely hotel and very pleasant stay. The location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from most attractions and quite safe walking at night too. The room (double bed with a balcony) was lovely and the bed was very comfortable with great pillows. Next time I would get the superior double with a balcony for some more space. The bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch too. It rained for a day and was quite windy another day so I didn't get to use the rooftop area, but it looked really nice for warmer days. Breakfast was really nice too. You'd need to have a smartphone as the hotel relies on two apps - one for the air con and another for all of the day-to-day general info. And the staff were great too.

The only negatives were that in the room there were snacks on the table which cost money, and the minibar was full of drinks, but there was no free water. I felt like I was being constantly 'up sold' to with these laying around. Also, at 5am on Saturday morning, there was a man outside the windows with a very loud leaf-blower for what seemed like an hour (?!). I don't think that there is anything that the hotel could do about this, but be warned - bring your ear plugs!

The soothing ambiance provided a wonderful spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. Thirdly, the breakfast experience was top notch with an excellent variety. The breakfast selection was truly remarkable! They had a variety of options to choose from, including cereals, boiled or scrambled eggs, various meats, salmon, bread, smoothies, and an assortment of drinks. Everything was prepared fresh and of outstanding quality. They had an impressive selection of coffees, teas, water, and fresh orange juice. The list of options seemed never-ending, and guests were truly spoiled for choice! Lastly, I must commend the exceptional staff, particularly Antonio, the hotel customer experience staff member. Antonio went above and beyond to ensure that every guest received top-notch service. He was always readily available and eager to assist, making each visitor feel like a priority. His dedication to providing a top-class customer experience left a lasting impression. In conclusion, the property's cleanliness, the exceptional breakfast variety, the rooftop area, and the excellent staff, especially Antonio, all contributed to an outstanding stay. Their commitment to creating a memorable experience for guests was truly commendable and made my time at Vincci Molviedro truly exceptional.

One thing that annoys me & it’s not the hotels or the staffs fault, is people above dragging chairs without though of those below, so if you read this don’t drag your chair, as I was close a few times of chapping there door & dragging them 😂

Easy check-in even though we arrived very late. Paid parking was available so we didn't have to worry about the car for the rest of our stay. Excellent location in the historic centre of Seville. Good breakfast. Had a slight niggle/request to do with our room and it was changed immediately and without question. Staff were super helpful and very responsive, we'd call for something and it would be at our door within 5 minutes. Beds very comfortable, we asked for some harder/firmer pillows and some fantastic foam ones were delivered. Toilets had an electronic/Japanese style bidet, which was a very thoughtful addition to the bathrooms. We would definitely stay again.

The roof/pool area was fairly crowded on the day we went up, and the staff members up there seemed to be having a lot of difficulty over simple requests.

Hotel is very modern, clean and nicely located. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The rooftop pool although a little bit small is a lovely break from the heat. It didn't get too crowded up there when we stayed. The bedroom was spectacular and looked much better than I expected, even if we did upgrade. You can tell they've invested in kitting out the rooms. Top hotel and would highly recommend.

Wasn't a major issue but the breakfast room could get busy so you have to flag a waiter/waitress down to get hot water. A hot water machine would ease this.

The perfect location (less than 10 min from bus station and 5 from the towm center) the amazing staff (warm welcome and very helpful) the pool (necessary for the summer there), the silence in the room, the confort of the bed, the lights in the room and the bathroom as I'm sensitive to agressive white lights , the vegan options in the room service menu!! . Honestly it was amazing , thank you so much for everything

Only 2 things that may sounds weird, but a brush to clean the toilet 🤗 don't like to leave toilets unclean even if you have a great cleaning staff, I think it's not very respectful to leave dirty toilets. It says that to avoid waste of water (with which I completely agree) you may leave the towels on the rack to be reused, but everytime I did so, they were still changed.

Beautiful recently renovated hotel. We got a free room upgrade to a gorgeous room overlooking the small square. Airconditioning was great and much needed. The location is excellent within walking distance of all the main sights. The staff at reception were very professional and friendly. Great to have the option of a plunge pool on the roof to cool down in the evenings.

Bar service on the roof doesn't start until 12 pm despite some very hot mornings. Our visit to the hotel restaurant was disappointing. Work needs to be done here to improve the customer experience, ideally providing a welcome tapa showcasing some local produce.

Great location within easy walking distance of the major attractions within the city (even in the August heat). Hotel was beautiful, with rooms in different buildings and the restaurant in what would have been a patio area. Drinks reasonably priced. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

The roof terrace is very small, as is the pool. There were nowhere near enough deck chairs available for the people wanting them. The music on the roof terrace was much louder than was necessary in the middle of the afternoon, making it difficult to sit and relax and read a book.

Vincci Molviedro is one of the best hotels we've stayed in! We were really glad to be surrounded by such helpful and respondent staff, eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. In addition, due to an unexpected situation, we had to stay in Seville for 2 more nights so we chose to stay here as well. The staff was so kind and upgraded the room we have booked to an even larger room. The hotel has a very good location, close to city center, but in a quiet area at the same time. Beds were very comfortable, the electronic system for lights and air conditioner control was very helpful and everytime we needed something, the response never failed to come imediately. We would definetly recommend this hotel, to all those looking for a nice, quiet and pleasant vacation :)

Nice Hotel and very clean. “Most” of the staff was very friendly and although the pool area is small, it makes guest socialize more. The location is actually very good but just a little difficult to find on a gps. I’d definitely recommend and stay again.

Very little negative to say other than “one” staff member at the front desk had a cold demeanor, not rude just not very friendly. And my only suggestion would be for a full length mirror somewhere in the room and fewer snacks and brochures that clutter things a bit. But that’s me being picky….still overall a very pleasant stay.

We stayed at the Vincci Molviedro for our honeymoon, and we cannot fault anything about our stay. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and attentive. We received a lovely note in our room on arrival, which was a nice touch. When asking for recommendations, the reception staff were more than happy to help, and incidentally we ate in some brilliant restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble, and we always received service with a smile. The room and facilities were spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was ideal to explore the beautiful city of Seville. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay to celebrate our honeymoon. Gracias!
