It is not appropriate to place a $100 damage deposit on my credit card and then to not credit my card back for 7-10 days. When the maids clean the room after check out and they find no damage, the deposit should be refunded the same day. I’m familiar with the practice of “Floating Money” which is what this is. While it is not illegal, it is not ethical in my opinion.

By that I mean checking in was quick and easy, getting the things you need quickly(towels, toilet paper, etc...)simple breakfast and overall just the customer service of Jennelle not sure if I am spelling that right but i'm sure you guys know who i mean.

How dark the pool area was at night and that the keys would only work at the main entrances and not the side doors we could go out of to smoke, run to the car etc...

Other than the eggs The rest of the breakfast was delicious. I love that the pool was open from very early to very late because most places we go they close the pool early and realistically speaking we’re on vacation we wanna swim not be locked in rooms at nights. So that was AWESOME!! The location was perfect 7-Eleven right outside the door as well as a Carl’s Jr.. Restaurants and Starbucks right across the street at walking distance. That was perfect. Staff was great!! Three little things I didn’t like but I would totally stay there again no doubt!!!

The window didn’t close properly. There was a gap on the top right. We could hear the outside traffic obviously more than normal. The window didn’t have a screen. It was a window you could open and would have enjoyed it better if I could but without a screen and bugs, no thank you, and still that gap. The beds were not comfy and usually I never complain about that. I felt that the eggs for breakfast were very undercooked.

I was surprised how comfortable the bed was. Breakfast was a lot better then I thought it would be. Good coffee. Excellent location. Room cleaned every day.

The place does have some maintenance issues. Peeling paint, moldings damaged or mis-installed, discolored lampshades, for example. Just needs a little TLC.

All of the staff is amazing, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. Font desk staff is beyond amazing! The house keeping department, Those women work their tails off and make rooms extremely clean. The breakfast was some of thr best I've had at a hotel as well.

I have nothing negative to say about the facility! Little pricey, but well worth the little extra it costs!

Clean, bed and pillows and blankets were comfortable, hot breakfast was very nice, a little bit different every day

Not necessarily a deal breaker, but definitely some old fashioned style, not your most modern kind of style

The staff was very friendly and it was the most comfortable my family had been on a 7 day cross country trip. We stayed in other hotels with big names like Marriot and paid more to be less comfortable. This hotel is a great value

Breakfast and location. Accesibility to restaurants/ food and public transportation.

The tapestry of the two chairs in room 318 is dirty. The carpet also need attention. Besides that the rest looked clean.

quiet and nice area; nice breakfast in the morning; pleasant and friendly staff

internet service kept dropping off and no signal on TV for three days. only one day of room service during our stay. ran out of towels, soap, etc. I felt like I was at home making my bed each morning. it didn’t feel like much of a vacation with untidy rooms, dirty sheets, and bags of trash accumulating in room. On our last day, the elevators were not working.

Nice, comfortable, clean room! Would be better if beds were queen, but the double beds worked. All the staff that we encountered were super friendly! AAA++++

Would be better if double beds were queens....hard to fit 4 adult sized in two double beds.
