Very clean hotel, good breakfast (eggs, pancakes, bacon some days, sausage others, sweet rolls, yogurt, bagels, milk, cranberry juice, o.j. and coffee, fruit and cereals.) The lobby is bright and inviting, and extends to the breakfast area providing plenty of tables and seating arrangements. Beyond the Front Desk are items for purchase, ice cream bars, sodas/drinks, and snack foods. Also laundry detergent. Clean and up-to-date washers and dryers on our floor. While we were just off I-25, with the windows closed outside noise was minimal, (louder in the bathroom, weird) and we didn't hear any noise from other occupants of the hotel. Quick access to downtown, Hwy 24 to go West to Manitou or Woodland Park, minutes from downtown, and about 10 minutes (maybe less) to Olympic Training Center. Front Desk people were phenomenal with recommendations and even knowing people's names! Great stay, we hated to leave.

Be sure to watch for people who step blindly into the road in front of vehicles near the hotel.

The staff was amazing! The breakfast was good and the coffee is available all day! My favorite part, especially my son’s as well was the 24 hour pool! The location is very close to downtown shopping, food, smoothie & juice spot, parks, etc. I’ve read some of the reviews about the homeless people and it being a bad location, but honestly it wasn’t and those people leaving those reviews seem rude. They’re people too and I never felt unsafe because of it even with traveling with a small child. The Mountain View rooms are breathtaking! And there’s a ledge by the windows where my son and I ate our breakfast and dinner together. I will absolutely be staying here when we visit Colorado again!

The front desk didn’t leave a note upon checking in that I wanted to pay cash at the end of my stay, so when I went to check out at the end of my stay and pay…they informed that they already charged my card. It was a minor inconvenience and a little frustrating, but other than that, everything was great!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do (Garden of the God's, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, etc) We were on the first floor on the city side so the traffic noise from the interstate was noticeable but didn't bother us. Our room was spacious and came with a keurig, microwave and small fridge. I also appreciated the cabinets in the room for snacks. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided as well as Dove bar soap and lotion. It was a nice change from the traditional hotel soap. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much.

I would've liked somewhere to hang our towels in the bathroom. There was absolutely nothing! With 3 of us, we had to hang towels on the back of the chair, clipped to hangers, or over the shower rod. Also, it's worth noting there are a few homeless people near the hotel but they didn't bother us and we felt safe in the hotel.

The first night we checked-in, it was late (past midnight), and we were very tired from traveling all day. The room that we received was A LOT smaller than what we expected when we booked the hotel. We sucked it up and slept in the room we were given, but went down to the front desk the next morning to let them know that what we saw on the Booking site did not match the room we received. The front desk clerk did not argue, and was nice enough to give us a larger room, which was comfortable for the 4 of us (two adults, two teen children) for the remainder of our stay (4 days). We were very grateful!!

Location was nice and close to the airport, and central to many areas like Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou, Old Colorado Springs. The beds were comfy and I liked that they provided firm and soft pillows. The breakfast was plentiful and had many healthy options.

Definitely pay the extra for mountain view. We did not, and our view was an abandoned crumbling building and people sleeping on the street.

I loved the pool and jacuzzi! And the suite was very spacious for a family of 6! The front desk clerks were so nice and explained all the immenties

I did not like that the thermostat kept changing temperature when I set it to 73 degrees (how I like it). The breakfast was also disgusting and not a lot of place to sit and eat for families and the location was very sketchy and made me uneasy.

Breakfast was hot and fresh. The egg white cheese omelets we're very good. Bacon and turkey sausage along with a variety of cereals pastries and beverages. Our accessable ♿ room was on the third floor but close to the elevator. The room was very large, suite size with a great view of the snow capped mountains peaks 🏔️. Water, soft drinks and snacks were self serve by the lobby and just pay the desk clerk. Hotel was locked down after a certain time at night so it felt secure. Indoor pool and hot tub got busy around 4.

Area inside of and outside of elevator stayed wet most of the time. Caution cone was out but watch your step.

We were very pleased with staff, Deandre was so nice and very welcoming when we first checked Deandre and Will (I believe that’s the mgr name) we’re very accommodating when we asked for an upgrade. We enjoyed having an indoor pool, breakfast every morning. The location is prime for any tourists attractions even if you go out to Frisco or Winter Park.

the beds could be a little softer

Night attendant was "Johnny on the spot" and always had a smile and a helpful hand. I dealt more with the night attendant, but day attendant was nice too, night shift guys was EXCEPTIONAL.

Room was huge, parking was good, great value for the money. I am VERY happy overall with the experience.

Christian the front desk guy was great. He upgraded me to a 2 queen suite. I was on the mountain side. Great view of Pikes Peak. The room was huge! Natasha the night manager was a delight! Everyone is so happy and nice. Free parking. The breakfast buffet was good. Hot eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, cereals etc. 24 hour pool and hot tub.

I thought I might slip in the shower. Not sure how to fix this. It just made me a little nervous.
