Very clean space. I loved the pool and the privacy we had. It was not full and my family was able to enjoy every day we stayed, at the pool.

I got there late night and the overnight person, Peter was rude at first. Shaking his head at me because I did not know parking was a must to pay for because there was no parking in the area accept on the property. It was not a welcoming feeling. I also felt invisible when interacting with the white hispanics in the facility. As a black family, I probably won’t stay in that area again.

The receptionist that I met on the day of arrival was very sweet and knowledgeable.

A couple staff members kept staring at me and my friends as if we did not belong in this hotel. Not sure why they were giving us those looks, but we had the money to pay to stay there for a few days and we carried ourselves accordingly, so that’s all that should matter.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The environment was clean and well kept. There were great amenities. It's not a large resort, but this hotel has everything bar, exercise room, nice size pool or great service.

The language barrier with the service staff was difficult to navigate, and some of the items on the complimentary breakfast didn't seem as fresh at the end of the week, but it was a good service area and well organized setup.

It was quiet in the hotel and appreciated the complimentary breakfast. Also, the room was spacious. The beds were comfortable and the room was cool temperature wise which makes it easier to sleep.

A few of the lights in the room were out, could be replaced. Also, none of the trash cans had trash bags. Luckily we had grocery bags from stores we can use. Also, if housekeeping isn’t going to all of the room each day during the pandemic, I would suggest at least adding a trash can to the hallways. There were several times we saw large trash bags just sitting in the hallways because there is nowhere else to put them. The hallways can also be a little brighter.

We had to extend our stay here because our rental owners never answered the phone. Actually worked out better for us. The room was spacious, and clean. They have a back patio area facing the lake where you can lounge and eat, and watch the iguanasor bearded dragons, ducks walk around, very comfortable and relaxing setting

Nothing I would stay here again. Staff were friendly and resolved any issues right away. Our shower head needed replacing, and they were at our room within 5 minutes.

18 Us dollars for two beers ten minutes later risen to 20 Us dollars ? Rip off by barman who could constantly be heard using the F word We were sat down for less than 15 mins and heard it at least 20 times thankfully no kids about Bad mannered and obviously took his tip from the 20 dollars he charged us for 18 dollar beers Very very unprofessional person and very full of himself He really put us off and we would not use the bar again Shame really he let the place down

I liked the fact that the hotel is close to the airport and that there is a shuttle. I called the shuttle when I got outside and they came rather quickly. The rooms are large and a great value for the price.

I did not like that fact that the shuttle service did not start until around 6 in the morning. I chose this hotel because of the shuttle service and was not able to use it on my return trip to the airport the next morning as my flight was at 7 am, to I had to order a Lyft.

We stayed here for a single night as this was very close to the airport. The good reviews match their delivered service. The check-in & check-out was smooth, the room was clean, the breakfast was good. They offer timely airport shuttle which was extremely useful. We returned again for our last night in Miami as this is at a great proximity to the airport and great overall services. Definitely Recommended for short stays.

Shuttle to downtown Miami would be a great value add if the hotel provided.

7mins walk to the venue. Large room with good facilities - very good working space and great wifi connection.

I asked for the body wash in the shower to be replaced twice to no avail - just as well I had my own! Also I needed to get a PCR test the day before I flew out and the person at the front desk was no help whatsoever (the only staff member during my stay that was like this)

Very confortable roomy

The front desk agente (Angie) was very rude in all our interactions with her. First of all, she told me I did not have a reservation (which was not true) and she was being reluctant to send us a shuttle to the airport by giving us excuses of how long it would take and not being able to provide an estimad time of arrival. We had to wait almost an hour for the pickup. When we finally got to the hotel, I booked my transfer back to the airport for the following day which she booked for the wrong time. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and she had a bad attitude all the time.
