Nice, clean and close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good as well

This hotel is so clean and the breakfast is good. The staff is also helpful and friendly highly recommend this hotel. It's really great to stay in a place that really cares about the cleanliness of the hotel. I stayed four nights and kid you not every day you saw them cleaning and pressure cleaning the main entrance outside. This elevator was always being mopped. The breakfast was good. I just wish they would extend the time until 10 a.m. The beds were also comfortable, and you can tell they wash them well because you don't get an itchy feeling. This was my second time staying here, and I will be returning again and again.

The reception staff. We have extended the stay for one more night and we asked steve to give us with the same booking previous rate and it looks there was misunderstanding, he charged us with high weekend rate, However steve was a kind person and maybe he did understand us for our request but his supervisor Raymound was very ugly and rude, he was nervous and insolent, he told us to check out if we didnt agree. He was flippant with us. We like the hotel and it was fantastic rooms but we will not book for this hotel again and we will not recommend it to our friends and family because of this gay. We left the hotel with disappointed. This gay need to be coached and need to learned about customer service satisfaction.

The breakfast was good, not having transport it was a little bit out of the way, the hotel was very clean. and the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful

Very disappointed with the traffic noises, even more so our room overlooking the pool and around the pool area, also we were very concerned about pollution from the highway when using the pool area.

Clean. Good location. Breakfast. Bathroom had everything simple and what's needed. I went to two Holiday inns on my 5 day vacation. Both in different locations and both awesome. Parking available. I will always consider Holiday inn...just make sure as always clean rooms and no bed bugs...never had an issue with Holiday inn. Thanks for taking care of us during our vacation.

The check in didn't make any sense. The guy found our reservation from booking.com...but he said it wasn't in the system with hotel and we took 30 minutes so he can do it manually...he even took other customers that were in line behind us to resolve their reservations ..I was about to say Augustin...what about us...it is our turn. He seemed like he was texted someone to resolve our reservation issue. It was 1am and we lost 30 minutes of sleep because of check in hassle. I recommended he do a manual entry when he said the reservation didn't find it in the system. Why wait? Resolve the issue. 30 minutes is way too much time.

The complementary breakfast was truly the highlight, pancake maker was LIT, The staff was great and very friendly. This was a good place for a quick stay one or two days

I ordered the suit and upon arriving they told me it was under renovation, I'm sure this will not always be the case. The location was more central, 20 min from most places you'd want to go on international drive. That said the longer you stay the more things you noticed like spots on the chairs, and month old French fry on the floor.

Rooms were large and comfy. Breakfast was ok, with enough food to choose from including bio and vegetarian options. Free parking in front of the hotel and friendly and supportive staff. 5 minutes drive from Universal and lots of dining options in the area.

Beds not the best I had recently. Room tidiness was not top, and it was clear that it could have been better. Slightly remote location and it was not too nice to walk in the late evening in the closest neighborhood, so car is recommended. No transfer to the parks available.

Many placea to eat. Excellent access. The breakfast provided was one of the best. The morning staff in charge of the breakfast was so nice and kind. The front desk Mr. Maurice, also was very professional, every question I have he provides an answer. Once I ask for extra bed sheets and other guest with actitud was before me. Mr. Maurice was managing the situation like a pro. This was a recommendation for me and I will recommended back.

There was a lot of trash left behind by the guest near the elevators, the rooms doors. No housekeeping on the afternoon.
