it’s clean, new and near everything!

No rug between beds beds and no face tissue in the bathroom.

The most thing that I loved about the hotel is the staff they were so cute and they love to help. The location is good beside Mcdonald’s and Publix store and Orlando outlets for those who would love to do shopping you can go there by walking to these places. Also, at night the place is so quiet and peaceful also the bed was comfortable

The pool wasn’t clean.

New building, clean, kind staffs! Im totally satisfied to stay 5 nights! Next to outlet shopping mall, Starbucks and supermarket. Thay have shuttle buses to wdw and universal studios. Its limited so i used only twice for 4 days but it would be same as staying other non-disney hotels. I will be back here!!! *shuttle bus is shared 4 hotels. Spot x seems to be a 1st stop. I ride at 8:20 but i arrived at the monorail station at 9 and arrived at magic Kingdom at 9:20. It may depends on the driver but he drived to other theme parks if you pay $5 for him.

Nothing!

There were no smelly carpets only clean floors . They should be an example for other hotels to get rid of those old , dirty, smelly carpets

This was just a quick overnight stay. We flew into Orlando for a cruise out of Cape Canaveral. We chose this location for the price (a clean, highly rated hotel that was super reasonably priced). We priced airport hotels + shuttles for our cruise, but it was still cheaper for our group to rent a car and stay a little outside the city at SpotX and drive to the port the next morning. This hotel met our expectations. The rooms were very clean, the shower was nice and the air conditioner worked marvelously (super important to me). I was able to get the room super cool and keep a constant fan blowing. This, as well as the bed, made our stay very comfortable.

Brazilian breakfast with cheese bread, coxinha, pao na chapa, great location, nice staff, very clean and renovated. Great deal

The food could be a bit better

the property is very put together and clean super worth the price! staff is very nice and calm you will not regret booking

Location is excellent if you want to visit Disney Parks or go shopping in the outlets around the area. The facilities are very modern, beautiful and everything is super clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Parking is free, and there are some breakfast and snacking options that are convenient at late hours. The staff is kind and friendly

Room clean-up is limited to taking out the trash and changing towels. It's not a deal-breaker, but to come back to a made up bed is always nice

Location We knew where the hotel was located very close to where we wanted to be. Bed was comfy and shower was good Laminate on the floor needs attention as broken and could cause injury Complementary coffee was good

Staff always at reception and friendly however they all seemed to be stuck to ear buds so never looked professional Hotels are in the hospitality sector but never felt welcomed or valued. Only person who was attentive was the manageress who asked about our stay as we were leaving

The location was excellent - across the road from the Orlando Outlet stores, across the parking lot from a Publix, only 10-15 by car away from both Universal and Disney and maybe five minutes from Sea World. The value was excellent, the room was spacious, and the beds extremely comfortable. The hotel exceeded our expectations.

Just wish there was a small stool or ledge in the shower and that we didn't have a pack of elephants for upstairs neighbors.
