I thought I would be closer to the stadium as my hubby just had back surgery and I am in a boot.we were greeted after an 8 hour car ride from Maryland by Sandi..wow...hearing about our confusion with locale of hotel.. he offered us a ride to dinner and even offered to drop us off close to the browns stadium on game day..Just floored with the phenomenal guest service.hotel very clean.breakfast delicious..third stay at a comfort inn in the past month.Hallof fame canton ohio.ocean city Maryland then cleveland.you have a new loyal customer..and when I return to cleveland..staying at my new home away from home. Very clean and friendly establishment, and close to many things to do. And we arrived before check-in time but there wasn't any problems with this. Also the shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic Hospital is God sent!!! THANK YOU!!

First I want to say I really appreciate the fact that they have shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic Hospital, but...it would be awesome if it wasn't every hour. It runs at 7:30am and every hour from this time. Our appointment ended at 8:35am so we sat and waited for the next shuttle at 9:30am. Maybe if there was 2 shuttle drivers one can run from 7am and every hour, while the other stays on the 7:30am and every hour. This way there's a shuttle every 30mins. JUST A SUGGESTION. BUT AGAIN YOU ARE APPRECIATED SO MUCH.... THANK YOU!!

Location is very centralized and within walking distance to Progressive Field, Browns Stadium and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It was also very central to the campus of Cleveland State University and was surrounded by campus buildings and dormitories. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts I’ve had at other hotels

For some reason, our keys repeatedly demagnetized and had to be replaced after being used once or twice. But replacing them was fast and easy.

Customer service was wonderful. Staff told us of places to eat, etc. Our fridge didn’t work so someone came right up to look at it and then moved us to a room that had a working fridge. Great location- we walked everywhere. Parking down below kept our car out of the heat and elements. Breakfast was good- the employees kept everything stocked. There was plenty of room for all the diners.

Beds were unreal! most comfortable we’ve ever slept on! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pretty good complimentary breakfast as well. Eggs were way too salty but great variety and a waffle maker!

Most definitely needs updating. Couch and carpets were very used but we got used to it. Had an issue with some fruit flies in our shower but they remedied the situation asap and offered free parking for our inconvenience. They offered another room but we didn’t really want to pack and unpack again. They handled it very well.

The room was adequate for 2 people. Quiet and comfortable but the bathroom was very tight.

The bathroom was very small. Not much room to move about freely without fixtures being in the way. While the breakfast options were good, there was an issue with trying to get the bread servings. The cabinet/drawer was stuck, so I wasn't able to get a bagel. More juice options would be nice. I was surprised to see hot protein items (scrambled eggs/sausage) but the meat wasn't replenished.

Very nice stay. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was comfortable, large and clean. I especially appreciate the coffee maker! It was more than I expected. Free shuttle service to the Cleveland hospital was great. Loved the old-style elevators! Overall, would recommend to anyone that is looking for a nice place with excellent value for money.

The breakfast could have a little more variety, some vegetables maybe - but it was a nice option, and it was for free.

I like the breakfast selection. I like how some of the staff is courteous. I like the location of this place.

I did not like how some guy in a uniform continue to pester me each and every day when I would go outside into the designated smoking area to smoke and was always told that I could not sit in the smoking area. I did not like how I was charged multiple times. I did not like how my key cards would work one time and one time only and then I would have to get new keys made.

Continental breakfast including eggs and bacon was include,. Both were fresh and tasty. The room was clean and included a small fridge and microwave.

There was some confusion at the desk regarding the parking. When we asked about the parking on the street (which was free the next street over) the clerk just shrugged.

Check in was perfect, they gave me till 1 to check out ,room beautiful jacuzzi tub was great

They charged me 225 for my stay ,but they took a extra 290$ off my card that still haven't returned to me...it's still pending since February 21,2023
