We had a corner room that was advertised as the lake view room. It wasn't it was of the building across from us. But that's ok. The room was very nice. We loved that we could go down to the bar and bring drinks back to the room or on the terrace. The bartender was amazing and so sweet. She made a great espresso martini. Keep in mind the Parking garage is a public garage a block behind the hotel and its an extra +20 to park and then a valet fee if you chose that option.

Everything was good. Things that we didnt like were thing that couldnt be changed, like the window was quite small so not much natural light and the spa was close. But everything else was great.

The staff is exceptional!

The parking garage for overnight is a little bit of a walk, at night it’s a little scary with children. When I looked at reviews it said to park in the Halle garage but that is for the apartments next to the hotel, it’ll cost you and it’s not overnight. The 900 prospect garage is your best bet. It’s a walk from the hotel and after dark it’s not great. I would stay somewhere more in the city for the experience, I thought we were getting “playhouse square” and it wasn’t much. Also there were no directories or any guides of places to go in the room. We had to drive around and half the places were closed nearby. Breakfast was an extra charge but I couldn’t even get coffee in my room I had to reuse the pod from the night before.

My husband and I was in town for a concert and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to and from our venue. Friendly male staff. Spacious room. Refrigerator. Nice view from window. Full service hotel. Valet staff was professional. Nice size terrace. The bed was comfortable!

Wasn't aware of Valet only for $44+tax per night. No microwave in room. Refrigerator was on the floor. Not enough towels. Rude with a terrible tone female staff. Not professional night staff on Saturday night. No umbrellas/shade on terrace.

The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. There were two showers so my husband and I could get ready at the same time. The room was clean. The breakfast menu had many options as most hotels (eggs, bacon sausage, fruit, yogurt, oat meal and coffee or juice) and everything tasted good

The room was a little dark. Good for sleeping over but bad because you sleep over. The valet parking was very expensive, $39 the day. I recommend you plan ahead and leave your car in any other of the parking garages there. They also took good 10 minutes to give us our car, so that can delay your schedule. The heater didn't heat as much, it took some time of cold air blowing out.

I appreciated the location and the friendliness of the staff. I had forgotten my i.d. after changing purses before left, and they took a different I.D. without hesitation and then I left my CC inserted at the desk and when I called to ask about it they were already sending Mr. Alex the concierge to my room with my card and although I didn't interact with Mr. Alex much more than that, I definitely felt like if I needed anything he would be the man to go to.

The only parking we could really locate was the valet at the hotel and a residential apartment parking garage which I was never sure if we were truly allowed to park there or not, I almost had a panic attack thinking my car would be towed, thank God it was not. The toilet ran unless we jiggled the handle, it was interesting that there was no microwave, and the hot water was barely lukewarm according to my husband. My son said it took forever for the shower to heat up.

The room we booked was not available when we arrived. Through on their own reservation site it was.(3) They gave us a smaller room without the view. Also blamed booking.com saying they book a room that was not available. The following day the room was still listed on their site. After some perservance they did lower the cost of the room they gave us. Bait and switch? , who knows but the room was now $200 higher than when we booked it several months earlier. Both the Yankees and Patriots were in town for games! Let's say I have used Booking.com many times without issue. Shame on them and me If I use Crown Plaza in the future.

The location was great for dinner and relaxation after work. The many restaurants within walking distance allowed our group to meet, eat and regroup for the next day's work.

Although the booking website showed that the breakfast was included in the price that was either not true or not honored at the hotel. Because I booked through third party site, there was no conversation to clarity.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The moment you walked into the hotel you are greeted with a smile and a good morning/afternoon/evening. They often asked how your visit is going to their city. Every time we had a question they were quick with answers, gave great recommendations to restaurants in the area and helpful with directions. They will also help with luggage to and from your room. Everything we needed was within walking distance, so we valet parked the car at the hotel and walked everywhere. There are scooters and bikes to rent throughout the city if you wanted to be adventurous. Cute little shops to walk to with reasonable prices. We walked about 5 or so minutes to Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is a short distance from this hotel, you could walk to it but I recommend rent a bike/scooter. The room was nice and clean as expected. The pool was clean, warm and fun. We did not get a chance to try the food from the restaurant in the hotel due being closed for a private wedding party that evening and we left before the breakfast buffet opened the next morning. We did look into the restaurant and it looked clean and inviting. My cousin and I had a great time in Cleveland and hope to go back, we would stay here again.

We really do not have any complaints. The hotel is well kept, quiet and clean.

The room and the location were perfect. The staff went above and beyond. We will never go elsewhere. This stay was so memorable. My little girl will remember this for her lifetime. I cannot say enough of how perfect this stay was. Thank you so very much.

The restaurant was closed when we went back to the room. It was 9:00 and it said they didnt close until 10:00 and since it was Sunday everyone else was closed as well. When we did eat there in the morning the wait staff was superb and the food was excellent.

The location was incredible, just what we were looking for. We came to see the play Beetlejuice and we wanted everything to be within walking distance and it was. Not only was the theatre only about a block away, there were also many restaurants within walking distance also.

For the price we paid, the room wasn't quite as luxurious as I expected it to be but it was very clean and comfortable. It had a nice big TV and a small refrigerator that we did use.
