Room was big, bed and pillows were comfortable. The 3 free drinks and the dinner/snack happy hour from 5:30-7 is a nice bonus. Breakfast is included although we didn't make it so can't comment on quality of it. Nice location within walking distance to alot of restaurants and the casino.

The only 3 things I could say I didn't like was the hot tub looked liked it could use cleaning, and we were on the second floor so we could here alot from the lobby in our room but it did quiet down by 10 p.m. Also, the valet parking is 43$ a night but we chose to park at a very close by parking garage and paid 25$ a night.

We arrived early, and had requested early check-in. Room wasn't ready so our luggage was stored in a private room. Two hours later, we were able to check in. Room only had a king bed, and was on the small side. It was ok, nothing exceptional for the price we paid for the three nights. Breakfast was good, but was exactly the same during our three night stay. Food should have been changed up a bit. Got tired of eating the same breakfast food. Their 5:30 kickback was very nice. There was a different selection of hot food each day with complimentary 3 drinks. Would definitely stay at a Drury Plaza Inn again.

I didn't like that each morning for three mornings they offered the same hot breakfast items. I think if they changed it up a bit, breakfast would be more enjoyable.

Room was so gorgeous and plenty of space for my daughter and I to spread out! We LOVED the pool and hot tub. The Free drinks and dinner was unexpected and so wonderful. The valet parking/parking price was so convenient and the amount was way cheaper than I thought/expected (compared to most downtown hotel valets) Also loved the mini fridge and microwave in my room. I had such a wonderful stay, I wish we could have stayed a few more days.

I was a little frustrated on Sunday regarding my room. We checked in Saturday and checked out Monday. We were across the street at the Hilton all day Sunday for a Dance Convention and we left around 7:15 and were not back until after 4pm. Early that Sunday morning my child had spilled her whole bottle of apple juice on the bed and it had soaked through the sheets down to the mattress pad. I removed all linens and placed in the corner of the room. I told the front desk. So they were aware that I needed a whole new bedding set. When we got back around 4, nothing was done, the room was still messy, no clean sheets or towels. However as soon as i called down and told them they had. It done within the next 30 minutes so I was very grateful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!!!!

This is a very cool place to stay. Even though the building was older, the facilities were modern inside. The valet parking actually turned out to be a pretty good idea., Jack at the front desk was so helpful and friendly.. overall the staff were professional and courteous. The complimentary breakfast and dinner made life so easy. I say that because by dinner time we were too tired to go searching for a restaurant. The breakfast options were great. The hotel was centrally located, and a 15 minute walk or 5 minute Uber ride to the Rock and roll Hall of Fame.

There isn't anything I can say that I didn't like. It did rain one day but that's not the hotel's fault.

The room was great with a firmer bed which we enjoy. The view from the room was amazing. The pool area was clean, didn’t have a heavy chlorine smell, was very clean, and the temperature of the pool and hot tub were perfect. Breakfast was included which was a treat and it was even a great selection. The added bonus was the 3 free drinks and snack/dinner each evening. This was heavy snacks which I would even say would be dinner. There was a baked potato bar, chili, hot dogs, steamed veggies, pasta, and popcorn. All the toppings as well. As for the location it was perfect! The parking garage was next door and they also offer valet. Public transit was also super close. It was near the convention center and baseball stadium which we could see from the property. It’s close to bars and restaurants. Ten minute walk to the Rock n Roll Hall a Fame and casino. This was an amazing stay. I would highly recommend and plan to stay a Drury properties in the future.

This place in amazing and even that would be an understatement. Everything was clean and they had evening snacks/dinner amd 3 drinks which was included in the price of the stay as well as an outstanding complimentary breakfast. Key cards needed to access guest floors from elevator. Restaurant/bar on location. I could go on and on. Room was HUGE with extremely high ceilings. The bed was the best hotel mattress ever. The bathroom was top quality with water pressure you'd get at home. Each unit had its own central air that came from duct work. This will be my go to spot when I'm in cleveland again.

Some minor things. Area in room where carpet was torn. Refrigerator didn't really work well as I noticed there was a lot of frost built up inside. Didn't keep drinks cold.

Classy, excellent staff. Sharme’ deserves a raise. Peele and the blond bartender at Teachers Lounge are above and beyond. Food was great, gym was great. Valet guys were on point. Very professional.

Pool was a little disappointing and smelled of chlorine excessively. My husband lost his medical cooling neck fan, he has cancer, and we called about it probably be left in the bathroom of 500 room. Never heard back from housekeeping or front desk. Maybe it was in the gym, but never received a call back. Trying to order another but unavailable. He is suffering, our fault I know. Maid probably enjoying it. lol.. white looks like headphones. USB in the rooms would help a lot.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our purposes. We enjoyed the breakfast and found the staff at breakfast to be pleasant and helpful. The happy hour was an added bonus.

One thing that did bother me was the disconnect between the check in staff's description of it and the actual happy hour. I am a sober person and the desk staff told me there were mocktails available at the happy hour bar. When I asked for one that first afternoon, the bartender had no idea what I was talking about. She said there was juice and soda only. That was disappointing.

Room was nice, high ceilings and a lot of space. The free breakfast, dinner was great and drinks was a nice bonus. My kids loved the free, fresh popcorn. I like the pool and hot tub

One of the Queen beds, the one I was designated to had only 6" of clearance from the wall on my side. It made it tricky to get in and out of the bed to use the washroom at night. I had a hard time understanding why? there was 6 feet of space on the far side of the room if the beds moved over a bit and centered there would have been plenty of room for everyone. There was also a 1.5" gap under the door to the hall way that light and noise came through. The room we had was on the 2nd floor which was open to the lobby underneath. The walls and floor are all a really nice marble with nothing to absorb sound. We could hear everything happening in the lobby and anytime someone used the ICE machine across the hall from our room. I swear we where given the worst room in the place.

The decor was lovely & just a bit overstated as a luxury hotel which it was not really. A very nice hotel- we were on the 1st floor & noise was amazingly not a problem! Loved the fact that the location was within walking distance to most everything we wanted to see (but a quick drive to the West Side Mkt. which is amazing & had many delicious foods)!! Most especially really liked the fact that they do free dinner for the hotel patrons every night, always something different & good, you get a ticket for 2 free drinks (alcoholic & non). Very organized & all service personnel were so gracious & helpful.

Just some of the little extras weren’t there & the room decor was nice just a little dated, the cost (we got a fairly good deal from Booking.com) could have been a bit less especially since you have to pay for Valet parking.
