The location is excellent. The Westin is just a few blocks away from pretty much everything - great restaurants, museums, sporting venues.

The only thing I would improve is access to good coffee or a coffee shop (better than nearby Dunkin’) open to guests throughout the day in the hotel. It was hard to find shops open that were close to the hotel.

I can’t say enough about our stay. We went for our 5 year anniversary had a very nice tray and champagne waiting in our room. Had an amazing view the beds are super comfortable. The food at the restaurant was good. The ONLY down we had was the $40 for one nights parking. We loved our stay and will be back.

The layout and ease of navigating the room. The sitting area with desk was nice. the location right off the elevator was very convenient . The little extras, linen spray was nice. too. I was glad the room was sort of in the side of the hotel since it did not have street noise.

The mattress has it's time, so did the sheets. The bed sunk down as soon as you sat on it. The lighting was way to dark to see in the room when trying to get ready for a night out. The shower was odd. It didn't seem like fresh products =shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Maybe it would be nicer to see them sealed.

Loved the staff! Loved the food and drinks in the bar! Room was roomy and hot water in the shower felt great!

The only reason I gave a 5 on the comfortability is because the pillows were weird and lumpy. Most of the hotels I've stayed in have fantastic pillows. This one, not so much

The room was clean, had a very comfortable bed and a terrific shower. The people at the front desk were very helpful.

The breakfast was the one problem area. The wait staff seemed to be undermanned and inexperienced. My wife and I just wanted a light breakfast. It took too much time to get our simple order. Like many other hotels, a breakfast buffet might have provided a better solution. Also, as a decent hotel, not serving lunch was a disappointment.

Great location in a short walk to the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame, the waterfront, stadium, casino etc. Comfortable room and our room was huge! Lobby is elegant and a nice Christmas tree. The staff is also very nice. we had a really nice view from the room, too!

The attached parking garage is a bit run down and was totally empty when we got there at night, it was a bit creepy! But it was cheaper than using valet. None of the amenities were available such as the restaurant, Starbucks, and so on and we had to roam around the neighborhood to find somewhere to eat dinner.

Shower was out of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No extra toilet paper. Housekeeping did a quick fix to the room and called it a day. confetti left on the floor from a previous stay. For the price point I expect perfect.

Very nice room and was immaculate. Perfect location for my two favorite places to visit; The Browns & Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Parking We ate supper in the Westin restaurant. I didn’t truly like the burger I got but my son loved his chicken sandwich. And the fact 2 sandwiches, fries and drinks were almost $50.00. Not complaining just what I didn’t like. Also, I was told my deposit would be returned in 3 days and it’s now day 5 and nothing has been deposited yet.

We attended a concert at Rocket Mortgage and stayed at this hotel. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the arena. The Winking Lizard is literally around the corner which is always a great place for food and beer. The hotel staff was so nice. They gave us a lake view room since it was our anniversary. Bobby was so sweet and helped us take our stuff to the room. They had valet parking so we didn’t have to worry about where to park. Our room was very clean. We will definitely stay here again when we go to Cleveland. It’s a great value and conveniently located within walking distance to downtown.

Services, and front desk staff was excellent. We definitely would stay there again when visiting Cleveland. The city view from our room was awesome! The convenience of things to do and eat near the Westin.
