Jennifer at the front desk was excellent and very kind and courteous however a second shift employee was as courteous and seems she didn't know the area very well she couldn't recommend or suggest a location to go to a pharmacy or a bank etc. She did not smile at all. She actually was kind of rude at all 5 encounters with her. She knew her job but no people skills. No pillows and the 2 I had were pancakes!

The phone in the room didn't work and guests are not allowed to use the phone! No ice machine. Housekeeping didn't have a English speaking employee nor could you get any replacement dish soap

Loved this place! Lots of space and amenities. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Plenty of room, and having a full kitchen made a huge difference in our stay, and cut down on dining out.

Pool was closed during operating hours the day I went to swim so did not get to enjoy it. It was very noisy from room above beginning around 11pm until close to 2am. Five kids came out of the room above us the next day. There was broken glass and a dirty sock in the landscaping and trash we cleaned up on arrival near our room. Lots of cigarette butts. Should have designated smoking areas away from the doors of our rooms where guests congregate to smoke. Had something stolen from laundry room, and there is not enough room to stay in there while doing laundry. They should explore placing a camera there, and expanding the laundry facility.

Location was nice and close to several places to eat and shop, rooms were clean and staff was very nice.

Did run out of towels and there were no extras. However, it was not a huge deal. There were lots of guests as it was a busy weekend in Cincinnati. Room did have a odor like someone had made seafood but we got a candle and air freshener and it was gone after an hour or so.

Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Room was very clean and spacious, kitchen had everything needed, bath was clean with nice towels and shower soaps, plenty of storage and closet space for long stays, comfortable bed and pillows. I will definitely stay here again.

Noticed a little traffic noise but muffled and not disturbing.

The staff was extremely friendly. The place was up to par, especially in the space department. And for the price you can't beat the deal. Hey

It's really hard to find something to dislike with this company. I guess some of the utilities could have been refreshed and the breakfast wasn't the greatest but overall I was extremely happy

Jenn and Larry were very professional and friendly they welcomed us with a smile and engaged in conversation. I will recommend Sonesta to family and friends and we will stay again, when another competition takes place there. The hotel was clean and exceeded my expectations. Thank you ladies for making our first experience in Ohio a memorable and positive experience.

like a mini apartment

no towels in room besides two when we asked for more they said you had to bring the used ones back first we did but that was ghetto and that one thing with the towels will keep us from staying there again it was cold if they wanted the old towels they could have at least came and got them for a exchange other than that it was good but that was enough to not go back for me

The room was more like an apartment. It was big, comfy and clean.

The only negative thing was the check in process. It took 45 minutes of standing in a line. It wasn’t the front desk clerks fault. It was right after check in time and only 1 worker. I felt bad for her. But she was calm and polite.

The location to the event center (we were there for a cheer competition) was amazing. The front staff that checked us in was so kind!! The room was comfortable and I loved that it had a kitchenette fully stocked with plates, glasses, etc.

It was a bit close to the highway so we could hear traffic. However, it wasn’t so loud we couldn’t sleep.

Bed were super comfortable. The room we stayed in was really clean. Enough space for all of us.

People next door were partying, talking very loudly outside of our door. Woke me, my sister and the kids up. Called the front office. Said they would take care of it, never did.
