We are 75 and 80 years old and even though we booked way ahead in advance, our room was the end room farthest away from lobby. Also, the shower curtain had mold on it across the whole bottom.

staff friendliness

Breakfast needs upgraded to include bagels, cream cheese, toast and at least scrambled eggs. Most places we stay have all the above and different meats daily. The handicap rooms are not located in good areas, my Mother and sister stayed in one and it was on the second floor at the end of the hallway. She couldn’t have walked that far so luckily we had her wheelchair. These rooms need to be a little bigger and on the first floor. Thanks so much 😊

The breakfast was very good and available right on time. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located very close to freeway so it is convenient.

We brought our dog as this is a pet friendly hotel and there was no area for us to take our dog to go to bathroom. The hotel is built into side of a mountain so I know it is hard. But this was my only complaint. No good option for my dog.

More help. The front desk people although very nice seemed to be the only face you saw the whole night. Numerous times I went to the desk to try to inquire about buying a Coke but couldn't find anyone even after ringing the bell constantly.

We frequently travel with several different groups both statewide and the Southeastern US which involves a lot of hotel stays. this was by far one of the cleanest and nicely maintained properties we have ever stayed in. The staff was always willing to assist with any request we had. The front desk was pleasant and helpful, The housekeepers were friendly and provided anything we needed our room was spacious and very clean, no weird"hotel"smells. The breakfast lady was awesome. She kept the breakfast bar well stocked and the sitting area extremely clean and neat. Your maintenance man was always busy as well. always saw him mopping up or fixing something. We were in town for a funeral so the friendless and efficiency of your staff was extremely appreciated.. I am sorry I didn't get the names of your staff to specifically thank them but there was not one individual who did not go above and beyond!. People will always take the time to complain when something is wrong..but never take time to let people know when they have ALL done a GREAT job!! Thanks for your hard work

Our stay there was funeral related and we had other family members stay in various rooms. The lobby and breakfast areas were very welcoming for evening gathering to catch up with distant family. We had a pet friendly room. I was concerned about the smell from previous animals. Our room smelled good and clean. My dogs weren't even curious about checking smells from the room which overall ,was clean. This was our 4th visit to the area this year to see family (1st time at this hotel). With the price and pet friendly rooms, this hotel has made this trip more manageable.

Breakfast only lasted until 9am. Many hotels go until 10. So, when I went to get breakfast for our family of 5 at 9:10 am, the attendant was not very welcoming.

the staff was amazing! so nice and friendly!

the room could’ve been cleaner. there was dried food on the desk. the inside of the toilet could’ve used scrubbing. and the comforter had several blood stains on it. and the fridge was unplugged and smelled. I needed the fridge due to baby bottles.

Staff was super friendly. Rooms were mostly clean. Everything looked new and the background on the wall was pretty amazing

The room smelt a little weird and every once in awhile it would smell like something electrical got hot or something. The window on the inside was super dirty

The breakfast bar was awesome, clean and well stocked our room was very clean Staff is always friendly and accommodating. We have stayed at your hotel before because we have family in Bolt and and we will continue to do so because of the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility

bring back the sausage biscuits for breakfast ;-)

The staff was so nice and helpful! And the breakfast spread in the morning was fantastic!

The bed felt like a concrete slab with a sheet over it.
