Excellent amenities and rooms , the breakfast is really nice .

When we got there , they gave us a room in the 7th floor as soon as we got in we found 2 cocrkoaches and then another one so we asked to change the room and they were kindly and gave us another room in another level, they have excellent service , but they need some pest control to avoid this issues .

Friendly and helpful staffs. Bellboys, Receptionists, Security guards, and even cleaners are super friendly and helpful.

My room was faced to the backyard of the store of the shoplots. Many workers walking around starting early in the morning. No privacy and unpeaceful Not dare to open the curtain all the day

The location and cleanliness of the place. Has a swimming pool now. Room was cleaned daily and water topped up.

Had to make multiple calls to receptions desk before getting rsponse for ferry requests. Had to wait at least 10 to 15 mins for buggy to fetch us from the main road. Walking back to the hotel is faster. No variety in breakfast.

Pool area and bathroom a tiny bit worn down

Extremely friendly staff, always happy to greet and help us. It's a short walk to popular malls and restaurants, so there is plenty to do around the area. Breakfast always had a vegetarian option and there was fresh drinking water in the lobby all day and night.

It's a small gripe, but worth mentioning if you like coffee or tea with your breakfast. We felt the coffee in the breakfast buffet was undrinkable. It tastes like cheap instant that's been over concentrated. So we decided to try the tea but it was pre-brewed and very weak. We ended up walking to a nearby Cafe each morning to get coffee then walking back to breakfast. Not a big deal, it's our only gripe.

it’s not about the property it’s about our booking i have 8 days booked but our flight was 3am in the morning we need to checked out on 7th in the evening I explained it to the frondesk they said we still need to pay full so i paid full, but maybe they could offer something that will makes us feel that they heard us. discount for next booking or free drinks at the pool or anything that will make us feel better.. cause we loose 1 day of our stay..

The staff there are all super nice, friendly and helpful. Only few minutes walk to Platinum fashion mall and the food market. It is very value for money I must say. Their buffet breakfast are good, I thought would be not much choice as a four star hotel, but I’m wrong.

The hairdryer is a bit old and faulty. Other than that not much complaints.

A hidden gem in Bangkok. Great location with walking distance to everywhere of Pratunam. Nearest BTS is Ratchathewi with walking distance of about 10 mins. Rooms is spacious with good bed & Air-cond works well. Clean bathroom with Power shower. Drinking waters are provided everyday. A varieties of buffet breakfast with good service staff. We were welcomed by friendly receptionist and the buggy service was excellent. We ask the hotel to arranged airport transfer for 5 of us with luggage and the price of the taxi is affordable. Overall a great 3 nights stay at Vince Hotel. We just love every bit of it.
