Everything was great, starting from the check in, helpful staff, great food, amazing view and to the helpful porters. Hilton is all about making you feel welcome. Our room was great and the Bosporus view is for a million. We had an executive room with a lounge access, I tell you it’s worth every dollar! The pool was not yet functioning since it was not the season yet, and I can only imagine how it adds on to the overall impression. The hotel is going through renovation to meet it’s 70th anniversary but the renovation is not disturbing at all. I would love to come again in 2025 to see how it turned out. I definitely recommend Hilton Bosporus if you want to make your Istanbul visit a memorable one.

I've previously stayed at the Hilton Bosphorous for a work trip and was keen to go back. I love the slightly 1950s/60s design of the hotel and the way its been preserved. It really works well. The pool is a real highlight too and this was one of the main reasons for booking - having access to a pool of this size in the centre of Istanbul is definitely a plus. Staff were uniformly professional, friendly, helpful and efficient, we could not fault them or the service that they provided

Rooms are beginning to look a little tired and could do with some tlc, perhaps bringing them back into line with the 50s/60s aesthetic of the hotel. But this is nit-picking and there was really very little about the Hilton Bosphorous that we didn't like.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no repair and renovation for a very, very long time. The indoor pool is very old. Feeling like I was in the last century, in the 80-90s. Therefore, the price does not match the quality at all.

My room had a gorgeous view on the Bosphorus and it was a beautiful and spacious room with balcony, the breakfast is not to be missed with all the choices, and an impeccable service. The swimming pool and the attending staff is the best part of the enjoyment and pleasure. The staff paid always attention to our needs and the audience at the hotel is high class. The location is perfect, you cannot get better than this.

Large and clean rooms with nice decoration, spacious balcony and wonderful view of the Bosphorus. Beautiful garden, amazing outdoor pool and tennis court. Different restaurants are available in the hotel Very friendly and cooperative staff in every part of the hotel. Fast check-in and check-out process. Great location; Taksim square is about 12 min walking distance from the hotel. Istanbul congress center is located adjacent to the hotel. Although the hotel was undergoing a renovation process in some parts, there was no disturbing noise or problem at all.

Hotel's location was great for sightseeing, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. In particular, Fevzi, our room attendant, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Quite noisy due to a disco located near the Bosphorus side of the building. Additionally, the hotel was crowded, which resulted in queues for check-in, long queue for breakfast, and check-out. It's ridiculous for the 5 stars hotel. One tip I would offer to future guests is to ask for a receipt when putting down a cash deposit. This will help to avoid any potential contradictions at check-out.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and comfortable. Staff very friendly, professional and efficient. Our room was spacious with very comfortable bedding. Well appointed bathroom. Just loved the breakfast which was amazing. everything laid out like a real palace with attentive and friendly service. Each morning the chef remembered me and what I wanted to eat. i felt very spoiled.

unfortunately many people arrived at the same time and check-in was excessively long. after a while they opened more desks but it took a long time.

the hotel was absolutely fantastic the amenities were goods the dubb restaurant had great taste but what make so special is mr youssef who really did sooo much help to me at the checkin time i didnt have enough cash for the deposit but he assisted me with smooth and professional treatment thank you for your kindness youssef i will be back soon also not forget gunes she was cute receptionist
