Breakfast great, and chefs will do you lot of custom food on request. Shout out to Chungu in the kitchen who'll really look after you! Rooms great, blackout curtains really help and aircon works fine.

Hotel needs to directly employ the bellboys, rather than subcontract. Their subcontractor treats them very badly, making them buy their own uniforms and only paying US $60 a month. They do 6 days of 11 hour shifts on their feet, with only one break! Come on Hilton, treat your staff right and don't use these useless subcontractors!

The staff of the front desck (Reception) were so kind and helpfull especialy Ms. Linda who did explain to me all needed information regarding my staying in the hotel and she was smiling all the time, so thank you Ms. Linda for making my staying comfortable, also Mr. Partick was helpful and Mr. Mathew Mayanga was supportive. Also a huge thanks to Ms. Anna, Ms, Jessica , Ms. Olipa and Ms. Frideh for the good service in the restaurant. For sure I will be back again.

The food is alwayes the same everyday, I wish they could improve it and to be so many options. I had a king room, but unfortunatily was a small room so I could not feel as a king, but I felt as a prince :), but with the warm feeling by the staff I will be back again.

Well-sized room for a solo traveller. Very comfortable bed. The blackout curtains are a nice touch too if you are not planning to get up early. I was on the 10th floor so enjoyed great views of the Lusaka city centre. Hotel is above a mall with a Pick n Pay supermarket.

Breakfast was my least favourite thing in this hotel. The station were meats are kept warm (close to the chef's cooking station) is exposed leading to very dry bacon, sausages, etc. The waffle machine was "broken" throughout my stay so I didn't get to sample any despite having signs on every table "advertising" them every morning.

The hotel is located in a very good area,town center and it enabled us walk around town and visit a few places and shops without the inconvenience of traffic. That was a plus for us.

Upon arrival the staff were really friendly and helpful. Gideon helped us with our luggage up to the rooms and he was so friendly with our kids and made them feel so comfortable.

Beds were very good. View from the 14th floor amazing. During the evening to go out definitely take a taxi, during day time its fine to explore by foot and taste lusaka.

Location isn't great. The armed security in front of the entrance was very friendly but somehow a turn off. Makes you wonder why it's needed. What is it with big expensive chain hotels that the breakfast is always disappointing and the coffee tastes like vinegar?? Somehow after a good sleep and a nice shower you get disappointed directly after when getting to the breakfast.. Otherwise nice hotel. Friendly staff.

Generally hotel was really ok, good and verity of breakfast, great localization. I asked for higher floor and the view there was just amazing. Friendly and professional staff.

When I arrived to my room I realized that there were no towels for shower- I requested and they brought it immediately but still it shouldn't be like that.

+ Big, comfortable room + Very good breakfast + Central location - some people don't like Downtown but for me as a tourist was very convenient

- Someone smoked in the room so I could still feel it - THEY DIDN'T CHANGE BEDCLOTHES! I came to hotel late night and realise the linen wasn't change when I was already in bed/. If not this I would give 10

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I felt welcome and taken care of. The location worked well having business meetings in the CBD area.

The WIFI dropped from time to time and streaming wasn't possible all the time. The food wasn't bad, but for the price a higher standard is expected.

Great hospitable staff, good breakfast with lots of variety to choose, great pool and outdoor bar area, perfect location, clean room, and very comfortable bed.

All elevators were broken except one. So all guests of the whole building including staff were using just one elevator. This caused a lot of delay.

People were so helpfull and friendly. Worth mentioning was that I needed a taxi and the lady at the reception arranged that on her private phone (like an Uber app) and walked me outside to the taxi to personally introduce me to the driver. Never experienced such level of service!

The rain, but it was the rainy season after all
