The luggage porters in the square as you come off the ferry or buses were a godsend and we appreciated the guidance from our host, Miriam where to find them as there is no way we could have carried our luggage all the way up to the property. It is in a lovely, quiet location up on the hill with great views but it is definitely for the faint-hearted! Breakfast was in the courtyard garden and there was a good selection: croissants, meats & cheese, cereals, a variety of fruit to choose from, small cakes, fruit juices, water & hot drinks. Our bag of goodies to take on our very early homeward journey was very kind and much appreciated. Our room 'Gardenia' was at the very top. It was very nicely decorated and well equipped with a stocked fridge/mini bar, safe, and small wardrobe. There was a nice basket of toiletries in the bathroom too which was a nice touch and everywhere was very clean and tidy. The addition of a small clothes airer with some pegs was very handy. Miriam, was super friendly and helpful and quick to respond when messaged with any questions we had.

We had read about the steps to access but hadn't really appreciated how many or how hard that walk would be, especially in the heat of the day or after a meal in the evening, even my daughter had to make a few stops along the way! There are also many steps once inside the property which are quite steep so just to bear that in mind too. Our bed was a good size but it was quite hard. There weren't many available plug points to use for charging our phone, the ones by the bedside unfortunately couldn't be accessed as the bedside tables are screwed to the walls. The hairdryer in the bathroom was a little temperamental, not sure if it had a loose connection as it kept going off or if it was 'user error'

We are a couple but we booked the family room for the extra small single room for some extra space. The room was extremely clean, well-kept (looks recently refurb) and had good quality finish. The villa/b&b isn't very big but well run. The Host/Manager/Owner was very proactive in reaching out and felt very personable. Her name is Miriam and she contacted me to enquire about our check-in time and later informed us that our room was ready thus could organise an early check-in which was brilliant to us!! Very good location; situated on Amalfi's main street but yet quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was served in the front courtyard. It's somehow very tasteful, thoughtful and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. We will definitely return if we're back in Amalfi!

Just a word of caution - there are quite a few steps to get to your room within the villa, but I can confirm that this is the case in most places in Amalfi and across the coast.

Just a brief 10-minute stroll from the bustling main thoroughfare, we found this delightful gem. Our host Miriam extended a warm and friendly welcome, fluent in English and readily available to assist us with any inquiries. The room itself was spacious, and a well-stocked fridge provided options for our convenience. Breakfast served on the lovely patio, featured a pleasing variety of choices. We could not find Milk and messaged Miriam who brought a small jug of fresh milk to us which was so kind of her. It's worth noting that this property has a fair number of stairs, so it may not be the best fit for individuals with mobility concerns.

One minor suggestion for improvement: it might be beneficial to cover the green security light above the door inside the room. During the night, this light tended to illuminate the room quite noticeably, which could affect sleep quality.

We loved our stay here. The B&B is in a great location, close to the main street where there are excellent restaurants and shops but also very quiet as well. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Great shower in the en suite. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful and Miriam makes a fabulous cappuccino! Miriam, who runs the B&B couldn't have been kinder, her English is excellent and she even arranged our taxi's to and from Naples at a very good price. She contacted us before our stay and made sure that we had everything we needed while we where there. Rosa was also lovely and my wife enjoyed brushing up her Italian while talking to her. We would highly recommend Villa Fabiana and hope to return ourselves one day.

Our host, Miriam, made our stay very welcoming. She was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know about the property. My fiancé and I arrived with some wet clothes from doing laundry (we all know how unreliable dryers can be in Italy), and Miriam was able to get us drying racks for our clothes. There was a fire close by in Amalfi town, and we lost power for a few hours one night, but Miriam was able to keep us well informed about the status via What's App. She was very communicative and helpful regarding the situation, making us feel very comfortable. The room was just what we needed, for three people. My sister had her own separate little room. The room and bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was tasty and located on the terrace, which was very nice.

There are quite a few stairs to get to the property, so be aware of this. Within the property itself, there are also a few flights, so if you cannot do many stairs, perhaps it is a good idea to request a room that is closer to the main floor.

We loved staying at Villa Fabiana. The location is great, very close to the main avenue and the car park. The room had everything we needed, comfortable beds and everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was marvellous. We woke up and could smell the cake that had just been baked. Miriam is a sweetheart, she always treated us with great care and kindness. We will definitely return to Amalfi and stay at Villa Fabiana. I highly recommend it.

This place was perfect for our trip! We spent 3 nights here in June and we couldn’t fault the place. We arrived by ferry and Miriam messaged to say that they could pick us up with our luggage so we didn’t need to walk which was very welcome. The location is amazing - just a few minutes into the town and to the beach. Lovely friendly staff and woke up to a beautiful breakfast spread everyday with fresh muffins and everything you could want. Excellent value for money and would definitely come back! Thanks Miriam :)

Miriam was a fantastic host, we were able to whatsapp her regarding bus timetables and where to purchase tickets etc. Breakfast was great with a good variety. We love the location as it's very close to the cathedral, although there were stairs before reaching the B&B we found it ok and we got fitter by the end of it. :) We would definitely stay again. Also thank you so much for the thoughtful Easter eggs.

Lovely room, lovely owner. Fabulous coffee at breakfast which we had outside on a veranda.

Actually quite difficult to find. I hadn't realised how much busier the Amalfi coastline has become. As a result the one narrow road which leads through it is packed with tourists. Driving through them all was literally an ordeal, making the hair-raising roads around the coast seem like child's play. This villa was quite an oasis from all that, and the owner sorted out parking for us, which, while expensive, was the cheapest around.

Great breakfast ! standard very clean simple accommodation very close - 5 min walk to the centre of malfi. Without pre-booked parking you can not find a parking space !!! It is advisable to take from the car only things for the night, quite a lot of stairs to the accommodation.

Very poor noise seal between rooms, you get the feeling that your neighbour is staying with you, if someone was noisier it would greatly disturb the standard of accommodation
